I'm really enjoying my lumenate! As someone who practices meditation daily, this is a must have. I also have aphantasia and this has opened up entirely new "territory" to explore.

The app & mask are simple to use. This whole set up is quite an astonishing experience, my consciousness feels reset after every session.

Lumenate's customer service (specifically Kitty) has been amazing! From the very first inquiry I made to the order stage it was incredible to deal with Kitty as she was able to help answer all of my questions. Thank you Kitty!

Update...
Support did came through for me in the end. The second package was shipped via Evrie and was declared lost and a third one was sent via Royal Mail and arrived the next day.
The product seems to function as intended but my girlfriend has not found it helpful for her so far but she plans to explore it further.

Ordered the product two weeks ago to be delivered in days and still waiting. Not sure if they are a scam or just chaotic but be cautious. Still waiting for a response to multiple emails.

Bought the lumenate nova eye mask with 1 year app subscription for my wife's birthday. She loves it so far and has also tried pairing it with her haptic mat for a deeper experience.
Initially didn't receive the app activation link but did receive it through customer support. Initially had to use the AI customer support that couldn't help, followed by a human agent that resolved the issue within a few hours. Shout out to Kitty for the quick, helpful and friendly response.

You should a warning for people suffering from epilepsy that your product is likely induce seizures. Which are, incidentally, potentially lethal.
