Received the Ariana hanoverian bridle a week late, but it is gorgeous. Only thing need is more holes in the cinch nose band. The browband slides down a bit more than it needs to and it is very glamorous.

The whole experience from starting to browse for my choice of bridle online to it arriving in my mail box was first class.
I found the website description was accurate, the size was true, the quality of leather is excellent and the packaging for my bridle was good too.

Beautiful bridle

From the packaging to the end result, first class. The bridle not only looks good but addresses comfort for my beautiful boy. It has padding to protect his more vulnerable areas like the poll and nose. Did I mention it's gorgeous?

Great delivary time no damage to bridle came with soft pacaging. The leather is amazing quaitly and soft, nice and soft for the horse as well, overall the best bridle i have ever bought.

I bought the Milan bridle. Beautiful quality leather and a good fit with the possible exception of the noseband which is a bit too big. Great service and speed of delivery.

I have purchased complete bridle sets, and bridle parts to compliment/replace current pieces that I have. I have appreciate the quality of leather received every time! There have been occasional mishaps (flat vs rolled, lost shipments) but every time customer service has gone above and beyond to ensure the ordered product made it to its destination! Recently bought a new micklem bridle, it is fantastic quality, beautiful and soft. I also appreciated the very quick response from Lumiere when I realised I ordered the wrong size matching reins. It was corrected quickly with no hassle. The fitting diagrams are also super helpful
