My experience with Lumify as a learning provider has been incredibly supportive and great value!

I enrolled with Lumify 12 months ago to potentially change my career into the field of Cybersecurity. Coming from a completely non-technical background and a full-time carer, I really didn't know whether I'd have the skills to learn enough about Cybersecurity to actually enter the industry. But looking back now, having completed the course, I realise how well designed it really was and how Lumify laid what I needed out in front of me, in the right order, with no prior knowledge required. Not only that, I was able to complete the online study in the estimated time frame that was given by Lumify at my original enrollment meeting.

Without Lumify I would have been directionless and had no idea how to find the study tools and content to create a road-map to achieve my goals in such a short period of time. Their learning platform was easy to navigate and gave me all the study content required to pass all of my exams on the first attempt!

I would like to give a special mention to Sanjay Verma for his regular live classes and being a mentor to myself and my other study mates through their journey. He created a class environment that was fun, engaging, supportive and because of this I have already met some new comrades along the way.

I have now begun my career in Cybersecurity and am continuing to develop my professional skills through my new employer, CyberZone Global (a PCI QSA & CREST PenTest Company).
I still have a lot to learn, but through this study I have been provided the right platform as a springboard on which to launch my cyber career.

Craig Rossow is an amazing trainer he's super helpful and understanding! I enjoyed every minute of my Information Technology III course and I'm just sad it has to end. Craig is super fun to talk to and always helped out with all the questions i was stuck on, explaining and walking me through them clearly. He was such a major help throughout this and I'm so forever grateful for his support!

I had such a positive experience speaking with John about enrolling in the Certified AI Engineer Professional course. From the very beginning, he was genuinely interested in understanding why I wanted to study AI and whether this course was the right fit for my goals.

He wasn’t pushy at all! Just thoughtful, honest, and supportive. I felt like I was being listened to and guided rather than sold to, which made a huge difference for me. My trainer Rajee (Rajalakshmi Kandasamy), was very helpful and accommodating as I was undergoing the Certificate III course. It was easy to get in contact for help, because of her fast response time.

Whether communicating with her or the support staff, my questions were fully answered in a timely fashion.

When giving feedback, Rajee was informative but kind in a way that helped me better understand the subject matter. So, if I choose to do another ICT course in the future, I’ll be coming back to Lumify Learn.

Krish Thhaker was an great mentor during my Cert IV ( Programming) always being there to help if needed. I enjoyed the self pace learning style of the course though I did miss the class experience a little bit. Overall I was happy upon completion of the course and would study with Lumify again :)

I've recently completed the Diploma in Cyber Security. The course was well structured and full of fun assignments that gave me strong foundations and boosted my confidence in cyber security.
What made the whole experience exceptional was my trainer Daniel Armstrong, who supported me through the process with clear guidance and patience, and continuous encouragement every step of the way.

I completed a Diploma in Information Technologies (Advanced Networking). Course was great plenty of practical work and was able to complete everything whilst working full time. Trainers were amazing especially Aline 11/10

I just completed my cert 3 in IT cyber security and I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get a start in the field. My trainer Craig Rossow was excellent, we had weekly calls to discuss the assessments and it was extremely beneficial to keeping me on track and focused.
