good service easy to deal with the designers to get the website online

Excellent service, strongly recommended.

This review is to give recognition to an individual that went over and above supporting us. He was calm, helpful and actually took ownership and sorted out a mess when everyone else made promises but didn't deliver. It was a very stressful time as we were transferring from Web.com in tight timescales. Of everyone we dealt with at ElevateOM, Angelito Bacera was absolutely outstanding. A real pleasure to deal with and a genuinely nice guy. Thank you Angelito.

Elevate has demonstrated exceptional service in the development of my website, particularly following previous unsatisfactory experiences with other website design firms. I highly recommend Elevate for website design services to anyone, as they have proven to be the superior choice. Only wish i found them from the start. Additionally, their pricing structure is highly competitive for what they do for you. Excellent service from a professional company. A Credit to Elevate and the team that work with them.

Unfortunately I have to modify this review after 2 months of work. Positive points: Cost is low, final result: good; Negative: to get to this point was two months of mental torture with back & forth daily emails to get it right.

Good (after design) so far; plenty of contact and quick, but as I write this I am only halfway through the project.

As a fairly illiterate IT user, I have valued the support that has been needed on occasions. It gives me a sense of reassurance that if and when things go wrong, I know they will help.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They were taking over my website and email from another company. As other people have said they were quick enough to take my money and then silence. I got sent an email to forward to my old company to do the pass over which was completed on the 9/9/2025, well it’s now the 23/9/2025 and I haven’t heard a thing. I’ve phoned and phoned and no one gets back to you or tells you what is going on. I’m trying to run a business and without email this is impossible. I would love to go back to using my old company but unfortunately they are no longer trading.

Jackie and Avinash have created a great looking website for my tutoring business. They listened to my requirements, were responsive and made changes to fit the needs of my business. I am very happy with the service they provide and would certainly recommend ElevateOM for website design.

Honestly, working with Elevate Online Marketing has been a nightmare from start to finish. They talked a big game at the start, but once they got paid, it was radio silence unless I chased them. Deadlines? Completely ignored. The website they made looked like a cheap, cookie-cutter template I could’ve done myself in an hour.

Anytime something went wrong (which was often), they’d somehow make it my fault instead of owning up and fixing it. Communication was slow, the quality was awful, and the whole experience was just stressful and disappointing.

I wish I had gone with literally anyone else. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company.

The staff have been cooperative, positive interactive with feedback every step of the way , they were patient understanding and very helpful they understood my business which was a plus I am grateful 💐!
