Make sure you receive everything you order.
I ordered 2 mirrors of the same kind, and they only shipped one. In a couple days it will be a month since I placed order and still haven't received the 2nd mirror. I also emailed Lumina Pro and have not received a response.

We take this feedback seriously and want to clarify the facts for order LP1884.
You ordered two mirrors. One shipment was marked delivered by FedEx. When you contacted us on November 18, we replied on November 21 at 11:38 AM asking you to confirm whether one or two boxes were received, since FedEx reported both delivered.
We did not receive a response to that email. While waiting for confirmation, the order was placed on hold so we could resolve the carrier issue correctly.
Once contact was re established, we shipped a replacement mirror at no cost to you using FedEx Express. Tracking number 886666320913 was sent on December 2.
At no point were your emails ignored. Multiple responses were sent, and a replacement was issued promptly once confirmation was received. We apologize for the carrier issue, but the claim that there was no response or resolution is incorrect.
