I placed an order on december 27th, and it should be shipped in 24/72hours. On January 20th my order is still not shipped. I contacted Lumineo on January 13th and they told me it would be shipped in a few days. 7 days later, on January 20th, nothing has changed and I got the same answer again. I asked for a cancellation and refund but they refuse to do this!!!!!

Update: i finally received my order, but damaged

Terrible experience, they took the money and ran… no response despite multiple contact attempts, tracking information provide no results, I am currently working with PayPal to try and recover the money of the order as no product was delivered…. Do not order from this company.

Criminal scam

If we could give 0 stars we would.
They have not fulfilled the order. Are not answering emails. Even track and trace number isn’t existing.

Simple criminals.

Its a total scam . Please do not use this this website.
They will take your money and goods will never be delivered!
I tried to contact them few times with no response.

Im so so sad. Paid 120 dollars for some lamps and didnt get them and they do not answer either. My mistake check the website before you order

Awful experience, the site is probably fake. Countless email, no answers, weird tracking , my order placed in early november hasn't been delivered yet...and it will never be probably. i have wasted my money...it never happened to me...stay away from this Scam. Valentina

Bought a mop June 2025. Arrived damaged plus the actual mop mechanism was was awful. Multiple emails to return for refund were ignored. Product rubbish. Customer Service Zero. They obviously sell direct so that you have no resolution through Amazon or Ebay. Lesson learned.

Unfortunately we did not check the validity of the website, it all seemed legit. We ordered as well in October, order never came, we sent countless emails. The company owing that website was dissolved a few years ago so don’t know who’s running it and gets paid.

Haven’t got any response to my order! Sent emails and nothing. Might be scam. Ordered 3 weeks ago.

Disgraceful company, hair straighteners took weeks to arrive, arrived broken, took 6 weeks to acknowledge a return which I had to pay £26 back to china. No refund and ignoring the numerous emails I have sent. Lost all my money. Scammers do not buy from here

If I could give 0 stars I would, they have not fulfilled the order, multiple emails and obtuse correspondence and now ignoring my emails. £90 down the drain!!! Don’t go there.
