Total scamm don't fall for it. they took my money and tried to charge numerous other charges from Hong kong etc

BOGUS COMPANY.....just out for your hard earned money and pray on women's insecurities. Thank God it was only $ 60 bucks....Do Not be blinded. It SAYS they will NOTIFY the company....Like THAT's going to happen.

I ordered something I saw advertised on Instagram on January 19, 2025. I only received an email stating my order was shipped on January 20th. It is now February 22, 2025, and I have not received my package or any further communication.

Please don’t trust these people and don’t pay your money for their products, because you won’t receive anything. I don’t even show anything shipped out.

This company is a scam. Took my money but never sent me my stuff.

They took my money, 3 months later and 8 emails with no response, and no product. Tracking is a joke, does nothing. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE, RUN. NOT WORTH IT.

UPDATE:
The product eventually arrived 2 days ago, 3/4. The complaint is about 17Track, the tracking application. It should behave as most trackers do: provide customers the entire travel plan, ending the map with that customer's address. Delivery date isn't as important as long as you can watch it on the move.

Luminnelle is, in fact, a scam. Took my money, sent email updates with a tracking number. 17Track is Also a scam, with a delivery date but no specific details about my order or address, but claims delivery conpleted on 2/3. DO NOT CLICK THOSE THINK, LADIES. Block them immediately.

Still have not received requested merchandise from order processed January 22, 2025 no updated information regarding the tracking data not working either, it just says that order was confirmed 23, January. So I guess it was a scam, ordered after playing one of those Bible app games!

I wanted to write to say to you people that it's more likely a SCAM! Don't order stuff from an AD in a game or whatever. I have an app that scans potential scam sites and it tells me when it's been flagged.

I ordered over a month ago still haven’t received it. They double charged me it extra item to my order. Wondering if it’s a scam.

I have not heard anybody to let me know if my ordered went through. I have been waiting for almost a month and still not heard anybody. I don’t know if my card went through after I ordered and I clicked on the payment and it told me that my payment is completed. This business is suck. I send so many massages to you guys and also texting so many and still nothing. What’s going on? I really need to know about because of my money in the bank. You are wasting my money if nothing hear from you guys. Email or text me!!

Well, if you want orders, you may fix it so it’ll take the whole credit card number. It’ll take them all but the last for your loss my gain.
