Pas op, bestel hier niet. Je wordt hier gegarandeerd opgelicht. Het is niet wat het lijkt. Producten komen totaal niet overeen met wat je ziet. Waardeloos. En retourneren kan ook niet, dan bieden ze je een kortingscode aan of een andere maat. Kortom, bestel niet bij deze scammers.

Je cherche à renvoyer ma commande mais le SAV m’indique que leurs stocks sont loin et que donc cela me coûtera trop cher. Sans aucune indication de localisation du fameux stock ni du coût du retour

Bonjour, après une commande de 2 lustres. Plus de nouvelles pendant plus d'un mois. Puis un colis arrive et pas le second. Dans le 1er colis il manque déjà la tige de fixation et impossible d'avoir un retour du service client.
Très déçu de ma commande qui est de qualité médiocre au vue du prix.

I’ve never felt more ripped off in my life. This company is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is a joke—if you can even call it that. Replies come once a week, and every single one is the exact same useless, scripted nonsense. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they keep dodging, ignoring, and giving me excuses that make no sense.

And the product? Don’t even get me started. I asked a simple question about where their black castor oil comes from. Their answer: “from all over the world.” Are you kidding me? That’s not an answer—that’s a lie wrapped in marketing fluff. Clearly, they don’t care about quality, safety, or their customers—they just want your money.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. They are unprofessional, shady, and downright dishonest. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted cash: run in the opposite direction. This is a scam, plain and simple.

I have asked for multiple refunds and they tell me that they can’t refund until it’s delivered. It has been two months January 26. I put the order in. I almost immediately retracted it, but it was too late and it had already gone through. They send a tracking number which has been the same since January 26 still in China.😡🤬😡🤬😡

Zero stars should be an option. I ordered the castor oil roll on Jan 31. I received a shipping notice Feb 2. To date product has not arrived. The tracking has now changed to say it wasn't picked up. "Customer service" (I use that term lightly) keeps telling me they won't refund as it is in shipping nor will they actually check kn the status of the order. They send AI generated responses referring to the tracking link. Buyer beware, I should have checked reviews closer so my own fault . This company is horrible to deal with.

Produit de mauvaise qualité, a cessé de fonctionner avant 1 an d'utilisation.
Après reclamation au support ils promettent de remplacer ple produit déffectueux, mais ne font rien et ne répondent pas aux relances.
Le produit acheté 90€ (soit disant au lieu de 300) coute en realité 17€ sur une plateforme chinoise qui livre en 2j. ( pas une copie, exactement le meme produit, emballé pareil, avec la meme notice + cable).

Scam, say they are an NZ company but don't send anything or tracking number

Absolute scam - ordered organic roll on castor oil products with “rose quartz” rollers.
Rollers were cheap plastic jammed in place so unusable - not pure not organic - now non responsive to email communication - originally offered 5% discount as an apology this is not an Irish company - scammers

Cap arrived 2 months late, not seen much difference after 4 months cap stopped working, asked for videos etc.. Which I sent, said will send out replacement which they did not after 6 weeks chased up said awaiting new stock, chased again after a month with no response. It's a scam avoid

i ordered a leather phone casing. When i received it, it appeared to be plastic. I am not even bothering to send it back because of the negative energy that it could bring. So for me a "No"

I ordered the Organic Castor Oil Roll On apparently with rose quartz roller ball, but no it was plastic, this company is a SCAM, do not waste your money buying from Luminova.

I purchased the red light hat on 30 November - order number 8824387. Two small gifts were included as a promotion - both head massagers. This was supposed to arrived in 2-8 business days. No updates with tracking EVER provided.

On 16 December, a sketchy delivery service delivered ONLY the two free gifts outside in an unsafe location. Luckily, I managed to get these before they got stolen (also unprofessionally wrapped) - but email exchanges back and forth with Luminova (there is no customer service number) have been totally useless in getting the actual device I ordered sent to me. They keep saying it’s been delivered (it has not), or that it’s in transit (no tracking provided) - they will not respond to my requests to refund the order as it’s ridiculous that it has not arrived.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I had to purchase something else and I don’t need this anymore - norI wouldn’t trust anything that this company would sell you! They are useless and completely unprofessional. I need to get my credit card company to refund me - it’s a pretty large amount of money too - I’m so upset by this total scam of a situation.

Product arrived today. I was definitely under the impression from advertising that this was a small Irish company who produced product themselves. I’m very annoyed to find that this is not the case and it comes from China.

Pretending to be an Irish brand It’s not it’s Chinese Took 6 weeks for delivery. I bought what I believed to be and was called organic castor oil with a rose quartz roller ball top. The main ingredient is glycerin followed by seed oils a tiny amount of castor oil and several other nasties. A total scam and false advertising
