Ordered 16solar garden lights ( buy 4 get 4 free) 2 faulty on opening then after rain in the night all contained water inside. Sent 2 emails without any response….. do not buy from this company! Should have checked them out on here beforehand 🙆‍♂️

Bought a chainsaw sharpener which won't fit a stihl chainsaw emailed them twice but no reply.

Ordered a flexifibre expandable hose. Delivery fine, used hose 4 times outer green material split and came apart, the inner tube finally burst. Asked for a replacement or refund sent photo of the damage, no reply after several attempts. I know customer service operates fine as I had contacted them on two occasions regarding delivery tracking. They are not interested. You get what you pay for comes to mind. It’s a scam, stay well away from this company is my advice

I ordered an item over a month ago and I never received it. I reached out to customer service through email but I was ignored

The item finally came and it’s cheap rubbish should have guessed used twice hosing the garden the end came off and the inner tube broke off. So no use. Refunds state that you have to return but only at my cost and unused. So that’s not going to work. Feels like a scam company.. 🤨

Purchased a car hoover from this company, said best on market all attachments complete in a case. Most under powered useless plastic piece of rubbish I have ever purchased. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Strimmer head does not fit Stihl, so I wish I hadn’t bought it, waste of money.

Zero customer support. Have emailed twice to returns group with absolutely no response or support in order to return strimmer part. Avoid Lumio at all costs

I bought what was being sold as a genuine CAULKMASTER product and received a generic, unbranded rip-off!!
I am usually very clued in, but I was inebriated at the time of ordering - yeah, never make orders when pissed - and so i did not do my usual checks for reviews etc.

Don’t buy from this company I bought
A nylon strimmer head it arrived with no instructions to fit to my strimmer so I emailed twice now to ask to return it and get a refund I’ve had no reply at all.
Terrible company takes your money but won’t refund if a problem hard to contact them also 😡😡

Bought a “universal fit” strimmer head which doesn’t fit Stilh strimmers. Tried to get a refund. Impossible! DO NOT USE.

This is a review for delivery only, as I’ve not yet had the opportunity to try out the two products ordered.
Delivery was received 10 days after my order was placed, which is a little longer than the website stated, 5-8 days.
I shall put up a further review when I’ve tried them out.

Another rat scam company. Takes money and fails to deliver or even answer an email. Bank involved to recover money. Guess own fault for trusting something off instagram.

Ordered solar garden lights over a week ago. I expected delivery but nothing so far, I was not given an order number when I ordered online. I tried to email the company but nothing happens. How to contact this company and chase up the order please.
