I’m having such difficulties trying to cash out £1300, every time I try to withdraw. There. Another problem with with identification even though speaking to the team live chat I’ve been told multiple times that my ID has been verified and accepted. It still comes back and cancelled and no withdrawal also identification that asking for a statement with a date that was actually a bank holiday which does not show up on the statement because of this they’re refusing to paying out. This is still ongoing as this has been the fifth attempt to try and after all the cash.

The agent is understanding and patient for what clients' situations currently are. There was time for explanations during the call and the agent answered any questions. Also having an agent that can relate to these experiences is helpful.
