Ich Zahle 25€ ein für 150% und 100 freispiele und nach dem ich umgesetzt habe verschwinden auf einmal über 400€ und es bleibt nur 150€ und davon waren meine 25€ einzahlung. Einfach lächerlich!!! Support nur über Email erreichbar und der livechat ist einfach nur Dreck der sich immer wiederholt.

Mit 10€ Freebet habe ich 9,70€ gewonnen. Somit wurde das Bonusgeld zur Echtgeld. Stand auch im Profil. Mit 9,70€ habe ich 20€ gewonnen. Mit 20€ habe ich 50€ gewonnen. Mit 50€ habe ich 116,16€ gewonnen.

Als ich auszahlen wollte wurde ich aufgefordert mein Konto zu verifizieren. Also alles hochgeladen (Ausweis, Kontoauszug).

Auszahlung war nicht möglich. Im Chat nachgefragt. Sagte mir das Kundenservice ich solle mindestens 20€ einzahlen um die 116,16€ auszahlen zu können. Kundenservice bestätigte mir das ich alles korrekt umgesetzt habe.

Daraufhin habe ich 20€ eingezahlt mit Online Banking und verlor die 20€. Also wollte ich die 116,16€ auszahlen.

Nach der Auszahlung wurde am nächsten Tag meine Auszahlung storniert mit der Behauptung ich dürfe nur 25€ maximal mit einem Freebet gewinnen. Das ganze Geld wurde eingezogen bis auf die 25€.

Die 25€ konnte ich auch nicht auszahlen da eine Auszahlung erst ab 100€ möglich ist.

Also durfte ich mit den 25€ nichts anfangen. Hätte ich wieder gewonnen würden sie das Geld wieder einbehalten.

Seit meiner Registrierung habe ich mehrere Spam E-Mails, SMSe und Anrufe erhalten.
