Poor delivery service
I ordered a cast iron griddle on April 13th; the order was confirmed by Lunaway on April 14th and the amount was debited the same day.
I waited two weeks without receiving any news from Lunaway! So I asked them today when my order would be delivered.
Lunaway tells me that a carrier has taken charge of the delivery, but is unable to tell me where my order is.
Lunaway claims that an automated email was sent to me on April 14th with tracking information; this is unfortunately false (it wasn't in my inbox or spam folder).

Ottimo prodotto che appare ben fatto ed abbastanza solido.
Qualche perplessità sul sistema di aggancio della maniglia che sembra un po' instabile e può provocare la caduta del piatto di ghisa che essendo abbastanza pesante potrebbe causare qualche danno.

Bonne qualité
Livraison rapide avec un bon suivi malgré une erreur de code postal de ma part, bien emballé, produit de qualité que je renouvelle tout les 4 ans, c'est la seule marque qui résiste dans mon insert de cheminée

5 étoiles a la fonderie LUNAWAY CAST IRON basé en Italie après avoir commander une plaque de cheminée en fonte. Un descriptif parfait du produit et une qualité irréprochable, livré en France très rapidement avec un bon suivi de livraison. Sans parler du prix très intéressant lié a la fonderie.
