Ordered a suit for a family do. However incorrect size by a million miles.
Have followed procedure and emailed the company with no response a week later.
Scammer company 100% avoid people!!

I would not even give 1 star unfortunately no option. Ordered a suit for a family wedding, unfortunately 42 size is like a 46. We immediately emailed and no response a week later. Cannot contact anyone here. These scammers have taken our money and not reachable. Avoid with a rash!

My husband ordered 2 pairs of shorts from LUNIMORE Cargo pants style. Looked great quality and reasonable price.
What he received was 2 pairs of poor quality shorts, nothing like the photo. Dreadful stitching and horrendous bright orange material on the pockets which were supposed to imitate a small orange stiched on logo label according to the photo.
After several attempts to telephone the customer service number (unmanned but left a message) and umpteen emails via their contact us page on the website we sent a final notice email directly to their customer service dept. Informing them they are in breach of the customer service act and they are using images from another brands website which is in itself illegal. The shorts are not only nothing like the photo they are using to fool customers but the quality and sizing leaves a lot to be desired. The size should be 32-34 waist yet one pair is a 30in waist and the other 31in.
We received a reply offering a full refund and to keep the shorts.
Later another reply came, this one from the very first complaint we sent via their website. This one stated returns are not accepted on sales good but they are willing to refund 10% or offer a 25% code for our next order.
The point I am making here is they are happy to fob people off unless you stand your ground and point out they are actually breaking the law and you will take necessary steps to ensure a full refund is issued.

UPDATE…………DESPITE EMILY ASSURING ME THE REFUND HAD BEEN APPROVED AND IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS SHE WILL SORT IT PERSONALLY, IT HAS NEVER BEEN RECEIVED AND THOUGH I EMAILED AGAIN I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE. THEREFORE I HAVE ORDERED A CHARGEBACK FROM MY BANK.
