Ordered the fun carts for my grandkids on 13 March 2026. Have send emails requiring about delivery. No response. Will now ask my bank to reverse the transaction. Hopefully they will do it. Please do not order from them.

Bestilte en vare ved dette firma og pengene blev trukket med det samme. Men jeg har aldrig modtaget varen.

Two weeks ago, I ordered a cat tree that seemed perfect. One week went by, and still no delivery. I sent an email with no response. I sent another today, hoping to get one, but somehow know after all the reviews I probably will not. I'm going to my bank to retrieve my funds. Beware about Lunovastore, "NO BANG FOR YOUR BUCK"

Dropshipping, product komt niet aan! Bestel het dan zelf goedkoper en sneller bij bijvoorrbeel Ali ofzo. Niet hier bestellen! Via luminova kost het porusct 89 euro (in de aanbieding) en exact hetzelfde product bij Ali kost 14,95 euro.

total scam - what they show on both instagram and website is nothing like i received. instagram said they were closing down and had a sale - complete nonsense.
they keep advertising.
i received the order and have thrown away the clothes. Was so disappointed'
wouldn't be seen dead wearing them. shocking cheap fabrics and terrible fit.
the images they advertising show stunning outfits - but don't be fooled.
i was fooled because on instagram it showed
LUNOVA - CAPE TOWN, with a picture of 2 ladies and a story about how after so many years they were closing down and having a sale.
because of the name they using i automatically assumed that it was Cape Town based - only to find out 3 weeks later that goods were coming from China. everything about this company is deceiving.
don't waste your money - they don't deserve it.
i spent R4500 which was a total waste

I did not receive my order and now No response. They said it was delivered to a community mailbox ! I don’t have this, Inhave a private box end of my driveway. No response!!
Scam company ! Do not place order!

Een lamp besteld van €200 die vervolgens niet goed is. Ik krijg de poot niet eens vastgedraaid. Dan krijg je een berichtje dat je het geld niet terugkrijgt maar een ander artikel van dezelfde waarde moet bestellen of dezelfde lamp opnieuw toegestuurd. Als ik dat had geweten had ik nooit daar besteld. Op hun site staat ook iets anders dus je wordt voorgelogen. Dan maar weer een nieuwe lamp in de hoop dat die wel goed is. Vervolgens hoor je helemaal niets van ze en zit ik al maanden met een lamp waar ik niets aan heb, opgechepen. Ik had eerst goed moeten uitzoeken of het geen malafide website is. Ik raad iedereen aan hier niet te bestellen. Weggegooid geld!

Scammer, failed to send my order - AVOID

Wij hebben een raamwisser besteld maar die is gewoon nooit bezorgd! Het zijn oplichters !!!

Je krijgt een ripoff van het geen wat op de foto staat, voel mij belazerd!

Allereerst geeft de website aan dat het artikel op voorraad is, maar vermeld er niet bij dat dit vanuit China verzonden word. Vervolgens ontvang je na 3 wkn een belachelijk aftreksel van datgene wat je zou mogen verwachten. Bellen/mailen reageert niemand op en ik had deze telleurstelling bespaart bij 1 controle-stap meer. 1Ster is te veel en artikel gaat de vuilinbak in!

Ik ga heel kort beoordelen…. Drama!!!!!

Defect horloge ontvangen. Liep na 2 weken steeds langzamer. Klacht ingediend. Kreeg na 2 weken antwoord op mijn klacht. Of ik een foto of video van het defecte horloge wilde sturen. Heb foto gestuurd met de vraag hoe ze van een foto het defect konden bepalen. En ja hoor, vandaag bericht dat ze geen defect hebben gevonden op de foto. Telefoonnummer op de site in de afgelopen weken meerdere keren op verschillende tijdstippen van de dag proberen te bereiken. Onbereikbaar.
Niets kopen bij deze Chinese dropshippers.

Ordered a pair of jeans on 25/1/2024 - they came on 9/2/24 - too big - Contacted the dept on 12/2/24 to get details about returning and getting a refund and again on 26/2/2024 and still waiting for an email on how to return the jeans. Do not order anything from this website, its a big con and I have lost £50....

I’ve ordered two pairs of jeans the first time I ordered I received the jeans the quality is good and looks exactly as desplayed although it did take a while to come however the second pair I order has not come yet I contacted support I did get a response saying they could refund or get me a new pair of jeans as the one i order was apparently out of stock I haven’t heard back from them since, I don’t think they’re scammers just a small company being overwhelmed. The jeans are really nice but you are taking a risk buying them.

I ordered some jeans for my son for Christmas that he saw on the website and liked. Unfortunately, we got them after Christmas and when they arrived they were too big, and cheap looking. The material is also thin. I have contacted them to ask for a refund, as per their refund policy, but I have had 1 response, asking for reason for return. Since then (3rd of Jan, I haven't heard from them, even though I have emailed and message their website page numerous times. Don't buy from this website!!.

Reageren helemaal niet meer als er verkeerd is geleverd. Na heel veel mailtjes geen reactie om het op te lossen.

Slecht bedrijf ze reageren op slechte reviews, dan willen ze dat je slechte reviews verwijderd en zeggen ze dat het onderweg is. Ik kreeg dan opeens een track and tracécode. En dan wacht je weer op gebakken lucht en krijg je weer niks en ook je geld niet. Ze reageren dan ook wederom niet op contact verzoeken.

Claims to have sent my item via EVRI but I haven't received tracking from them. I've emailed 3 times to tell them I've not received my item only to be ignored. I'm now trying to get a refund via the bank.

Verkeerde bestelling binnen gekregen en vervolgens nooit meer antwoord gekregen, na meerdere mails verstuurd te hebben. -1
