My experience is identical to that of others, caught in a subscription loop that I was unaware of!
Despite them stating it’s easy to cancel it’s not.
I’m continuously badgered by “deals” despite me saying no.
I expect the reason I’m being ignored is that Sophie Bennett is not a person but AI!

This is a scam. Don't waste your money. I tried to cancel a subscription that I hadn't signed up for. It took me 4 emails to sort it. They put you under pressure to keep the subscription. Buyer beware. Don't buy

Just like the other reviews my father was scammed by this- not clear at all that this is a subscription. Looking at the website in the cancellation page the wording is very aggressive trying ti convince you not ti cancel. Do not trust them

Very unhappy with this company. Ordered what I thought was a one off purchase only to find out I was on auto renewal which I was inaware of and certainly did not sign up for. Have been sending to numerous responses to their emails. These seem to be ignoring my request to cancel any subscription or renewal and continue to send discounts and offers which I have stated I am not interested in. Awful company, do not use. I wish I had done my research before I order anything with this company.

I did know knowingly order yet money has come out my Bank ?

Do not order from this company, they put me on an automatic subscription which renews monthly. I did not agree to this,
I am currently trying to stop this via email but the emails just keep offering me to pause the subscription or give me a discount.
I am going to contact my credit card provider to stop any future transactions

I found out that i had been signed up to an ongoing subscription, I certainly was not aware at the time, and did not find out until I received a notification of a transaction upcoming, I cancelled the subscription at once I do not know if it was in time but i am contacting my bank

It took weeks to come, I was misled to having a subscription when I paid a high price for 30 cheap pills from China, they bombarded me with emails saying they would give me a discount or longer subscriptions & I felt upset at constant messaging instead of attending to my request which was answered I think by a robot. You can buy cold compressed Pumpkin pills at your local health food shop, not shipped from China it’s ridiculous

I was also scammed into the subscription trap. I bought one batch, and frankly was unimpressed. Then I noticed an "upcoming charge of £51 from Lunovyn" on my Bank Statement. I immediately contacted my bank and they graciously agreed to block the payment from going through, based upon the fact that I had emailed Lunovyn, explaining that I was under the impression I had purchased a "once off trial product" not a subscription, and that I had put a stop on payment to them with my bank, also requesting that they not ship the product to me. It fell on deaf ears and they sent the product, regardless. I emailed them once more, referring them to my previous email, and requesting a return address, so that I could return their uponened product to them in the original packaging in which it had arrived. I declined, reiterating my position, that I believed I had been duped, and had no intention if paying for something I did not want. Then they offered me a 50% discount, which I declined. They advised that "because this was a 2nd order, their rules prohibit me from returning the product to them, but they had cancelled future subscriptions. I then quoted the Law of Contract to them and stated that they lacked a basic understanding of it. Under the Law of Contract, the Plaintiff may rely on the remedy of "mistake or misunderstanding" rendering the Contract voidable at the insistance of the plaintiff. This is because there was no "Consensus ad Idem" ie no Meeting of the Minds at the outset of the contract thus rendering the Contract Null and Void at the behest of the Plaintiff (myself). I had been, and still am, happy to return their product to them at my expense. It is not like I'm trying to "steal" their inferior product - I merely wish them to provide a return address. I have not heard from them again

After ordering I received an email to say that my order not been completed and I needed to take action in order for it to go through. I did not complete the order but they took the money and sent it anyway. I have contacted the support at Lunovyn many times by email, including an instruction to delete any subscription order they may have applied that I did not want. They are now sending me another batch of product and already taken money from my account. Requests to supply return labels such that the product can be returned in accordance with their 30 day money back guarantee have fallen on deaf ears. DO NOT TOUCH THIS. COMPANY I am in the process of using the charge back facility with my credit card company.

I agree with all previous reviews. Lunovyn is guilty of very sharp practice, if not fraud. I have reported them to my bank, so hope to lose no more money. Goodness knows what is actually in their pills; almost certainly a placebo. If I had more money and energy, I'd send them for scientific testing.
I should add that Lunovyn are clearly in breach of their own online terms and conditions.
In the cancellation section, they refer to an easy-to-use cancellation link, but the link is broken.
They also say that you can request cancellation by email, which will be implemented and reported immediately. This is, as other reviewers observe, a flat-out lie.

SUBSCRIPTION TRAP ! Beware on the checkout page. Purchased 3for2 deal to last me 2-3 months. 28 days in, £51 taken from my bank for another 90 capsules!! Repeat Order ! Come on Lunovyn, your checkout page is not clear & unfair

Lunovyn is definitely a company not to deal with. I ordered one month trial subscription but have been caught up with loop and subscription scam. Trying to get 2nd payment of money refunded is impossible I'll be trying cashback with CC company, reporting to Trading Standards, TV watchdog and rip off Britain to warn others. I entirely agree with a couple of others DO NOT ORDER FROM LUNOVYN

Absolutely awful company. They issued a second batch of their product without my request & took money out of my account and refused to refund money back to me.
I managed to cancel the order and a subscription I didn't know I had requested. I wouldn't go to that company ever again.

Never get involved with this company. I have no idea whether their product is any good but it's impossible to stop them trying to take your money. I ordered a pack, then got dragged into making it 3. Suddenly they seem to be able to 'subscribe' you to this every month, and they do EVERYTHING they can to stop you unsubscribing. I've sent message after message and you get stuck in this loop where they send out endless emails reducing the price and 'refusing' (more or less!) to stop the subscription! 🤬🙂 I'm assuming I'll get there in the end? Don't fall for it unless you have multiple hours to waste on them!

DO NOT take out or be coerced into a subscription with this company! They are awful. I have had similar experiences as other reviewers have written about and I am exasperated beyond belief.

Trying to cancel your subscription by email (as I politely tried to do) only elicited numerous AI generated responses trying to convince me to change my mind. I have so many emails from them! Luckily, one reviewer here mentioned that there is a way to cancel through one’s account which I have done. It wasn’t straightforward but with perseverance I hope to have accomplished the task and indeed the experience can only be described as a task-an onerous one at that.

I’ve just checked my emails and I now copy and paste the one that I have just received:

Two pouches. 60-odd mornings, on the days you felt like it and the days you didn't, without a single one of them feeling like it mattered at the time. That's the hard part of anything, and you'd finished it.
You were 4 weeks from twelve. Not 4 weeks from a guarantee. 4 weeks from actually knowing, one way or the other, whether this was worth your money.
That's the bit I'd want back if I were you. Not the product. The answer.
And you already did the expensive part of getting it. 2 months of building a habit that now, if you leave it, you'd have to build again from nothing. The first 4 weeks are always the worst 4 weeks.
So before you go: was it too much product arriving too often? I can move you to 60 days instead of thirty and it stops happening. Was it the cost? Tell me and I'll be honest about what I can do.
And if you're just done, say that. I'd rather know than guess.

BTW have managed to delete my payment method which can be done by logging into your account. Hopefully, I’ve heard the last from this band of bandits!

Appalling customer service. I had the same problems others have described regarding the automated orders. Log in to your account and it is possible to cancel your subscription but its hard to find and you have to go through 4 or 5 different 'cancel' buttons. I also deleted my card details to stop any more payments being taken. Be very aware of this scam

I thought I was making a one off purchase but received an email saying my next 30 days worth of capsules would be sent out on 09/09. I don’t want any more as they took ages to come and I’ve sourced them a lot cheaper locally. I checked their T&Cs which said I could cancel by emailing and giving them 1 working days notice. I emailed them on 07/09 to cancel the subscription I’d unknowingly enrolled in. 2 days and 4 AI generated emails later, my subscription still hasn’t been cancelled, they keep offering suggestions and discounts and they’ve taken the money from my account and sent out my next shipment at 03.23am. They’ve ignored my email about refunding me and stopping the shipment! I would not recommend this company.

I ordered my first order a few ago to give them a try and to be honest they just don't work, so not going to use them. I had ordered three packets, so decided I would use them up. I then received ANOTHER three packets last week at the cost of over £50!! I queried the delivery with them and they had, unknown to me, tied me into a subscription!! and been told that within this 'contract' I am unable to send them back or get a refund. Totally unscrupulous company, BE WARNED!
