I have placed an order, money taken, got no confirmation email. When I emailed customer support 4 days ago I got a generated response saying they would reply in 24 hours. I think it is highly unlikely my order will ever arrive
I ordered the color changing foundation stick and they do absolutely nothing. Worst product ever wish I had never ordered them

I planted the strips. Nothing is coming up. The strips have been down/planted for a week. How long does it take for seedlings to appear? Also, the instructions are not clear whether to unfold each layer of the paper strips or to keep it doubled.
They use EVRI who lost my parcel as they sometime do as they are not great. I am not able to speak t anyone at luovetop customer service email is seems to be just an AI BOT and I am getting the same email back when I ask different questions.
