Funny thing, i was suspended without any clear reason or clarification half a year ago, but in the email (i imagine was automated) they stated to reach out to further clarification and maybe a way to reverse the suspension.

With no success and reiterated attempts to reach out to them i took it as lost cause with zero support respons.

The funny part is i just got an email from my first ticket half a year ago, and it was an automated response with zero clarifications on the reasons of the suspension or even on what infringement was made or anything remotely close to it.

So yeah, i wouldn't be surprised if the whole support and communication system of lurkit is just ai automation, and a really slow and cheap one at that, do they even have human employees anywhere?

Surprise all their social media are abandoned entirely for over a year now

I just constantly get dumb spam emails, one even said "claim key", I click on it but get nothing, it's fkcing stupid as heck

Got banned, support never responded it's been over 4 months now. Better to just mail developers directly to get keys or there are other better platforms like Keymailer, Terminals.io, these are way better and will never ban you for not creating content for a single game.

Horrible support, got banned even though I'm fully a gaming channel (despite the support team saying I'm not). Waited over 250 days for a response, just to get told that the ban is indefinite. Do not recommend.

Nach Monaten bekam ich eine Quest von Funcom auf Lurkit bei der Erfüllung bekommt man 50 Doller. Habe schon viele Quests gemacht via Lurkit aber bisher waren alle ohne verdienst man bekam Keys zum verlosen. Aber kaum hab ich die Quest für 50 Doller gemacht und abgeschlossen. Wurde mein Konto gesperrt mit dem Grund das meine Zuschauer oder Follower ungewöhnlich schnell gewachsen seien und man aufgrund dessen mein Account gesperrt habe. Dazu muss man sagen ich habe immer den gleichen schnitt an Zuschauern (kleiner Streamer) so 25-35 im durchschnitt je nach Tag und Uhrzeit. Die Follower sind auch nur stück für stück gewachsen also alles im normalen Bereich. Nichts von plötzlich einen Zuschauerschnitt von 50 -100 oder plötzlich 100 Follower mehr. Habe jetzt mal Einspruch eingelegt und werde auch nochmal bei Funcom anfragen, zum glück hatte ich von denen mal einen im Stream der mir ne E-Mail geschickt hatte und als Dankeschön das ich Dune : Awakening spiele ein Paar Keys gegeben hatte zum verlosen. Das die sich in acht nehmen sollen und die Auszahlung der 50 Doller an mich als Streamer auf Lurkit aussetzen sollen.

Sto valutando le vie legali per riavere i miei dati e la cancellazione definitiva dai loro server.

After creating an account and getting access to your platform, I started sending some requests to receive game keys so I could begin promoting them on my YouTube channel with more than 20,000 subscribers.

However, the next day I tried to log in again and was unable to access my account. It just shows an error with no specific information on how to fix it. I tried contacting support, but I still haven’t received any response — it has already been one month.

I also attempted to reset my password. I receive the confirmation email, but when I click the link, it simply redirects me to the main page of the website.

I hate your platform because either it is a scam trying to collect information from YouTube channels, or it is extremely unprofessional. If it is a scam, I strongly recommend that people stay far away from this platform. There should be a serious investigation by the authorities to shut the site down. And if it is legitimate, then these serious issues need to be fixed immediately.

This was my experience with this platform — avoid it at all costs. I recommend Keymailer instead, as it is much more transparent. If necessary, I will make YouTube videos to raise awareness about the potential dangers of the Lurkit platform. FOR NOW ITS LURKIT IS A SCAM, STAY WAY!!!! DON´T SYNC YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL TO THIS.

I used the site to join for a game, I covered the game and then the website suspended my account and never replied to my ticket. They are well known for bad practice. I would not recomend it for any developers or publishers.

Garbage, been on the site for like half a year and got nothing, maybe the 300 followers or whatever gets you eligible to receive keys but it seems like you still don't get any since they probably prefer the bulky streamers which have a ton of reach. lame.
