Good customer service, beautiful designs but quality of wigs is appaling. 4/ 4 wigs (3 has been refunded bless!) loose handful of hair at every stroke. Caps are basic no comb holders. Each experience was frustrating.

A really nice brand ! I didn't know how to start wearing wigs, they were too pricey or looking fake... And then, a friend of mine made me discover Lush Wigs. Really nice quality for a good price, and an adorable customer service ! I highly recommend to check their website, they have so much styles, for any taste !

I’ve been buying Lush since I first transitioned. Customer support has been awesome and they even helped me change my name on the website without starting a new account. For a synthetic wig I get a lot of mileage out of them, and the price is definitely right! I love all the styles, but always go back to “Betty”, my favorite little bob wig. Tickled pink when they used my posts on their social a couple of times!

Wow where to start. First there is such a huge selection of different types of wigs. Secondly they are all reasonably priced. Thirdly you get super quick delivery and free wig caps. Lastly their customer service is second to none! Absolute 5* company. Will always love and reccomend highly.

I recently made my first purchase on their website to purchase the 'Forest' wig and I am extremely happy with the item and also how quickly it was shipped! It came in beautiful packaging and I'm so happy with how comfortable their wigs are! I have difficulty buying wigs because my head doesn't seem to fit a lot of the wigs on the market and I had been searching everywhere for days for a green wig that would fit comfortably, and I found the perfect green on the lush website for a very affordable price! I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future and I wear wigs quite often and I'm always getting questions, I'll definitely be recommending Lush Wigs to everyone who asks! 💚

"Please don’t buy hair from this company they will send you the wrong hair play stupid. Refuse to admit even when send pictures. then you have to pay to send it back then they take additional $25 back from your money. There hair is not worth paying looks nothing like what they advertise. This is a scam company. Please don’t buy

I own 15 wigs from Lushwigs and the quality is amazing! Alle wigs have no plastic shine, the hair is really soft and they all look like natural hair (even the ones with a bright colour!). I will definitly get some more! I would give more stars if I could, I'm so in love!

Ordered 2 wigs from them so far and they are superb quality! When I had questions about stock and the colour of the wigs they replied very quicly and were kind and helpful. Not to mention, they have frequent sales too which makes it the better, I can only recommend!

Love love love Lush Wigs ! For my french friends, don't worry if your order gets delivered a bit late the Brexit impacts everyone but it's definitely not Lush Wigs's fault. Anyway the wigs are beautiful, not shiny and the colors...omg ! Don't be shy if you're hesitating : place an order ! Plus, the customer service is the sweetest I've ever seen.

I have brought lots of wigs from lush and have only had to send 2 back because the colours were not what I wanted their customer service was excellent on both occasions and I was refunded for my wigs without any problem. Emma was so helpful and always got back to my emails and when I asked to see a few wigs this was never a problem my emails were always answered I recieved the cherry lipgloss wig today and the red is beautiful can't wait to show it off the indigo wig is the best wig I have ordered the colour is awesome and the style so nice can't wait to order more wigs I'm obsessed highly recommend lush wigs excellent customer service and beautiful wigs

Such a great buisness. I've purchased 2 wigs so far, unfortunately the second had a defect. I emailed the company and sent photos and I had a very fast response. Long story short I was given a full refund and kept the wig. Such amazing customer service, so professional, polite, kind and understanding.

The defect didnt put me off as the first wig I purchased was amazing, I will definitely purchase more in the future and hoping they bring out extensions!

So, I do not have much to say about the wigs or their quality as I had never received mine. However, I can say that the customer service really was amazing. My package got stuck in customs and I reached out to them, they were quick to reply and very polite. They had stayed informed and kept me updated, they were happy to give me my refund without me needing to fight and argue for it. So, 5 stars for your service! I've decided to give you guys another go and hope for the best. I will add another star if the wig lives up to my expectations :)
