Just wanted to say a big “Thank You!” to Jay for sorting out a new lid for us and without quibble. The two lads who delivered it and undertook our 12 month service, were honestly outstanding and any questions they were keen to answer. Brilliant Service! See you next year!!

Awesome product and excellent service. I purchased aquarius hot tub and the lads turned up at half 7 in the morning from Derby to install! They got up at three Am. Once they arrived they were very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn't be more friendly!!!

Just ordered a Chicago Hottub from Luso Spas, Huge thanks to Sam & the Guys. It was delivered within a week & a half, arrived last Wednesday & I've only just dragged myself out of it long enough to write this. Can't recomend the service & quality enough, great value for money. Have been assured if we have any questions in the future it won't be a problem. Wonderful for all the family, my absolute only regret is that we should have got one years ago.

We have now had our Palma spa for about 18 months, and couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service provided since. It's been a great addition to the house and all the family love it. The spa itself was great value, it's easy to run and maintain and any issues or questions we've had along the way have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, any accessories or consumables we've ordered have arrived without delay. I would not hesitate to recommend Luso Spas.

Only having a small budget to work with I’d spent weeks scouring free ads when I came across Jay and his team selling one of their hot tubs that had been traded back in for an upgrade. At only 10 months old and with a good warranty for a used tub being offered it was a no brainer. I’d expected not to receive the same level of service as if I’d bought a big new flagship tub what with buying a trade in but boy was I wrong!!. A two man team arrived at my house and introduced themselves and in no time at all they’d taken the tub off the truck and got it sitting on the freshly built pad I’d made for it, the guys even rerouted and re-terminated the cable for me so that it wasn’t sticking out in the middle of the tub. I was then taught how to fill and use the tub by these very knowledgable and friendly chaps and talked through the maintenance. This is my first ever hot tub and my first experience of Luso Spas and I can guarantee that if I ever upgrade I won’t go anywhere else and can now enjoy my tub comfortable in the knowledge that if I ever have any issues I’ll be well looked after. Hats off to you and your team Jay!

Bought out hot tub a year ago from luso, but had an issue with the jets thus week. After speaking to Jay on the phone he sent me a video showing how to fix the issue. It was sorted in a couple of hours.

Just bought a new rollaway swim spa cover as the old folding foam one was so heavy that it was almost impossible to remove. The new one looks great and even better doesn’t require a rugby front row to be around to move it. The Delivery guys were great and kept me up dated about their ETA all day so I don’t have to wait around. Great service Thanks Guys.

Bought my tub over 3 years ago and has been a fantastic purchase, the guys at lusso help you all the way from the purchase to the installation crew to the purchasing of filters off the Web site.I have recommended these guy to friends and family who have all got tubs.i recently ordered filters on a Friday they said they would be here Monday and Saturday morning they arrived..thanks lusso spars for your great service a++++++

We bought the Vela hot tub 18 months ago. Best thing we ever did, we have quality time to relax and catch up. The jets allow muscles to relax, aiding better sleep too. It's been great for girls spa nights too (with fizz of course).
When we had a slight issue too, the engineer came and resolved it within a few days, no issues. I have and will continue to recommend Luso to anyone wanting a spa. We love every minute of it.

Great hot tub, exactly as described. One or two small issues (no fault of luso) and Jay always managed to get them rectified for us. Even went as far as sending an Engineer out to Inverness to change a lighting module.

Would definitely recommend!

Purchased my Hot Tub from Luso Spas in February, No sales pressure from Jay (who happens to be the owner), just listened to what we wanted and gave us choices and helpful advice.
Ended up going for the Vela which meets all our expectations.
Even the aftersales and care we received are all top notch so far.

Really happy with the power of the hot tub. We have the Hydra, and feel so relaxed after going in it for a couple of hours. The lights look great and really add to the atmosphere, and it’s great listening to music through the speakers.

I purchased the Chicago hot tub in January 2022 and had it deilvered in March 2022.

Really straightforward process dealing with Jay in the office. I orderd the full two man installation and Grant and Ryan were great. Turned up on time, no fuss, installed, talked me through the process , cleaning, controls etc and that was it. A week in and its been used every night. Highly recommend Luso Spas

Our experience from ordering to delivery has been just excellent. Jay has always been available to offer us information and advice. Great communication was given regarding our delivery date and time and we were very happy with the installation service yesterday. Aiden was extremely knowledgeable!! . The hot tub itself is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Refilled hot tub with fresh water, found out I had an airlock in the system. Rang Jay he talked me through it and I sent him a few pictures once I’d removed removed the side panel, he replied straight away and highlighted the two taps on the pump which I needed to bleed. Whole thing took me about 20 minutes and hot tub is now working perfectly. Great after sales service!

Thanks to Grant for delivery our Pavo today. The process was brilliant from beginning to end. Thanks again.

We’ve had our hot tub since late summer last year and have been enjoying it immensely….had a problem with our lights last week so I messaged Jay about them,my first available day was yesterday and he arranged for someone to come out then..
It was a simple fix(if you know how)and all working fine again.
The lads that came to fit it and the young lad yesterday are a credit to the company,lovely mannered and know the job inside out..
