I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this is important to share.

I purchased wallpaper from Lust Home in 2024 and installed it carefully using a suitable ready-mixed adhesive, following the recommended paste-the-wall method. The wall itself was newly plastered, fully dried, properly primed and painted prior to installation, and the room conditions have always been stable and typical of a normal home environment.

Within a relatively short time, the wallpaper began to shrink at the seams. Over the past 18 months this has progressively worsened, leaving visible white gaps between each drop and a rippled finish. The wallpaper has remained adhered to the wall — this is not a paste failure, but clear contraction of the material itself.

I have since attempted to repair the seams multiple times, but the shrinkage is now permanent and the finish is completely unacceptable.

I contacted Lust Home to resolve this and provided detailed information about installation, preparation, and conditions. Despite this, they have repeatedly attributed the issue to hypothetical installation or environmental factors, without addressing the actual pattern of failure. The only resolution offered was a 10% discount on a future order, which I declined.

Given the nature of the issue (progressive seam shrinkage) and the lack of meaningful support, I would not recommend this company.

Disappointing experience both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Easy to order and lovely colourful designs. Matching up the wallpaper was difficult as it was a few mm out on the pattern in some areas whereas other areas match up well. The calculator tool worked well for us as it suggested 2 rolls for the area we needed and we left with a small amount of spare roll, which was good as didn’t waste a large amount. Fast delivery. Cannot comment on customer service as we didn’t have any issues with our order.

Nice wallpaper, terrible customer service, returned the wallpaper to them just outside of the 30 day policy, no refund given and they do not return the wallpaper (they will probably sell it again for a second time)
Would not use them again !

They have funky designs that look cool but on receiving poor quality plus damage!
Disappointing & rude customer service who don’t care! Place the blame onto the customer for rubbish products!
My PAID decorator had started to decorate our room, hanging the paper & two rolls out of the 3 damaged - replacement was sent out quickly but completely different navy blue shade to what was before!
Customer service just placed the blame on me saying you should have known this would happen as new batch & just start again & redecorate!
I’ve paid a professional decorator already to hang the paper & now I am expecting to remove it all & start again!
Absolutely disgusting

I've been a decorator for many years and wallpeper on a weekly basis this wallpaper is the worst I've come across so far. My customer supplied this wallpaper. No instructions anywhere what so ever. The Patton's do not match up on any drop. I've never had such a headache from wallpaper than this crap stuff.

I love the patterns and the quality of the paper, however as lots of others have said… their customer service is terrible. They are rude and condescending and refuse to allow you to raise complaints. Wouldn’t order again purely based on how difficult they are to deal with

As others have mentioned, the calculator for wallpaper on the website seems overly generous. I ordered 10 rolls based on this but only used 6. However, returned the 4 rolls using the free service and received a fast refund. I’m thrilled with the wallpaper. My decorator commented on the quality and a lot of my friends are now inspired to go bold.

I can only echo the reviews on here which highlight how woefully useless the calculator on their website is when trying to determine how many rolls of paper to order. I ordered 4 rolls in mid November to decorate our daughter’s bedroom. I finished papering and had two full rolls remaining but was beyond the 30 day return policy as in the run-up to Christmas arranging returning wall paper wasn’t top of the priority list. When I queried if they would accept a return their advice was the calculator doesn’t allow for cut outs, even though with the cut outs I’d still have an entire roll spare and as it’s patterned naturally you expect some cutting in. I would suggest they are essentially scamming people with such a poor tool and would be far better to provide the dimensions for each roll and the pattern match allowance and let you determine it for yourself. Paper is of the quality you’d expect for mid range price point. Certainly wouldn’t recommend as a company and won’t be back.

I ordered the blush pink and green palm tree on a white background wallpaper, which now appears to be discontinued. At first i was thrilled with the wallpaper, absolutely gorgeous. After around 6 months, i noticed the white background, wasn't as white. Now coming up to 1.5 year, the white background is actually yellow. I'm guessing this is why they discontinued this wallpaper. Went from 5 stars to 1 stars.

Beautiful design, good quality paper BUT THE PATTERN MATCH is WRONG!!
Matches as you hang then the further down the pattern you go it starts to run out. I’m furious because £192 was spent on 4 rolls none of which match. If I could add photos I would.
Now I’m left with wallpaper that matches as you look up, then begins to run out at the bottom. Really not good enough for the money paid.
However Thomas in customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Really helpful and full refund on the way.

I chose peace and love wallpaper and blush pink paint to go with it. My home is a calm peaceful haven. I’m beyond happy.

I stupidly went with a peel and stick wallpaper because I loved the pattern- it shrunk leaving gaps and came off the wall, after decorating two other rooms with lusthome wallpaper it was the obvious choice to replace it.
The quality is amazing and the patterns are original. The service is quick and delivered the next day. I now just wouldn’t order from anywhere else.
Also used their paint which matched the wallpaper we use which was great quality and coverage, use the paint and wallpaper to upcycle a set of drawers.

The wallpaper is such fabulous quality and easy to work with. The design is unique and stunning. It makes me happy every time I look at it! Simply stunning!

I used the calculator on the website to determine how many rolls I needed, it advised four but only actually took just under two.
I returned two rolls, was advised as it was just out of the returns window (6 weeks instead of 4) I had 7 days to arrange and pay for courier collection or they would bin them - at £48 a roll.
I contacted customer service to ask for help, explaining we had moved house and had a baby and I wasn’t able to get the rolls to the post office any sooner, I was told I’d had ‘more than enough time’ to return them.
The wallpaper itself is lovely, but really shocking customer service, won’t be using them or their calculator again.

I used the roll calculator provided when I ordered my wallpaper, based on the requested measurements, it stated I needed three rolls which I ordered at £50 a roll. It only actually needed two rolls which when I contacted the company and requested a refund for the third roll was refused as based on the mathematical equation they sent back using my measurements stated was within the range of error for the calculator.
I cannot believe this as the calculator only asks for the height and length of the wall not the pattern repeat ratio.
I will never use again or recommend.

Had to reorder new wallpaper urgently as the decorator made a huge mistake with my previous wallpaper and we had to rip it off and start again.
But because time was limited
and the company couldnt deliver replacement wallpaper for a month I tried Lust Home.

Their wallpaper came very quickly (in days). Was half the price of the previous brand and It looked gorgeous in my W/C (i think even better than my previous choice!)

I loved it so much i even wrapped the shelves in the paper too!

Will definitely be using them again

Terrible company awful customer service. Basically called me a liar when I told them the ink had run and then admitted that it can, now I'm being ghosted. Pretty wallpaper but not worth the hassle and way more expensive than it needs to be

This is by far the best wallpaper I have used.
Yes it was more expensive than what I usually go for, but it was worth the extra money.
High quality paper and magnificent design made it a dream to put up.
I will certainly be buying from them again.

Really great paper went on well and was easy to do. We had some rolls left over and they refunded us no problem.
