Dishonest company, after 3 years of procedure still no refund of the intra-community VAT collected by mistake that they kept for themselves instead of paying it back to us as any honest company would have done.
We're still waiting for a solution.
DISHONEST / TO AVOID (Real Customer Review)
We did a transport with this company last year.
We are a French company and they charged us 21% Belgian VAT instead of 0%.
We realized this when we received the invoice.
Any other company would have simply refunded us the amount of VAT wrongly charged. Instead of refunding the VAT to the customer, they kept the €388.50 of VAT for themselves. (see attached pictures)
We have been dealing with them for over 24 MONTHS and they still have not refunded us. We have contacted the Tax departement of belgium to help us

We have been dealing with them for over 12 MONTHS and they still have not refunded us. Is the only solution to contact the authorities?
