I waited 45 minutes for my car to be returned to me at carpark 1. I returned to the carpark and, even though I had not phoned in advance, they Drivefly staff said they would call. After 45 minutes, I questioned the drivefly staff on site who were NOT helpful but advised me to ring luton parking direct. They had no record of a call saying I was ready to collect and then said it would be another half an hour. I insisted they prioritise the delivery of my car and it was there within 10 minutes. APPALLING SERVICE AND I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN, it would have been quicker to park offsite and use the shuttle in for considerably less money.

LutonParking.com - I prepaid for long term parking and parked in the car park detailed on the confirmation. On leaving yesterday and putting the ticket in the barrier I was shocked for a charge to show for the duration. The machine wouldn't return the ticket so I called assistance. They advised they had no record of my registration, the booking reference or confirmation number. I was told that Luton Parking had advised me to park in the wrong car park so had to pay for a second time and issued a lost ticket charge as the barrier had taken my original ticket.
They charged me £52 as they said I had parked in the wrong car park, despite it being the one I was directed to on my booking confirmation.
I am waiting to hear form LutonParking.com about my refund as it is their fault for sending me the details for the wrong long term car park to park in.
I would be very wary of ever using them again!

Friendly efficient service and they did everything they said they would cheaper than the main car park, would definitely use them again and recommend.
