This company charged my credit card $49.99 when I have never purchased from them… I had never heard of them!
They sell skin care products.

I want my money returned.

It does not work

This company is a fraud and a bunch of criminals. I ordered a curling iron and was overcharged, based on the receipt I received. Then they sent me the wrong item, a hair straightener. Then as a final straw, when I asked for a full refund, they told me I had 2 options: 1) keep the item and only receive a 40% refund or 2)
Send the item back at my own expense to China for $20 or more for a full refund.

I was charged twice in my bank account just this February 13, 2026, when I did not have anything to deal with them. I got two charges which says, “dining/ restaurants New York, NY”. How could I be in New York dining on that day, when I live in Maryland and was with my husband in the hospital admitted for a week. What I did was call my bank, disputed the transaction and had my card blocked and cancelled. How could this business charge our card, SCAMMERS!

I ordered on the 9th of February and have yet to receive anything, no product, no response at all. So I lost 41 dollars and I just want others to know what a scam this is. It is so sad that people cannot be trusted any more and you always have to be so careful in everything you do. Do not order anything from these people!!!!!

I only chose 1star so I could comment on these fraudulent ignorant no kind of morals so called people. I pray Karma comes hard upon you & all that are associated with this scam🙏🏽🤙🏽

Fraudulent charge on my statement. Never ordered wolith them. Googled them and they are known for scamming and fraud. Disputed with the bank.

I placed an order after watching an advertisement for cat toys! I was charged a lot more than I thought I was spending. I never received an email confirmation and every time I call, they hang up on me! Never received anything. I know it's probably too soon to complain but I don't understand why they didn't send an email confirmation!

I was charged money that I did not authorize!! Of course, emails came back undeliverable, phone calls were never answered or returned.

I never heard of this company and didn’t order anything but they had my credit card number and charged me $32.98! FOR WHAT? They are scammers! My bank is going after them!

I have never heard of this company before I saw it on my bank statement. They have taken 79.98 from my account and I don’t even no what for. There is no contact information, any numbers found are not in service. My bank will do an investigation. I want a refunded reverse back to my account in the amount of 79.98

Order a lotion that was advertised on line. It was a 4.0 oz, what the cost was to be was not what they charged my credit card. I received a 1.0 oz of lotion. Contacted company and they want proof of everything and said I did get my order. I'm getting the run around----they are SCAMMERS.
