Total scam. Stay away from this website. They do not have a store closing down in Dublin, Montreal or anywhere. They just sell cheap product from China that is horrible quality and impossible to return. I should have been a smarter online shopper and done some research before ordering.

Ordered a pair of pants from this website, foolishly not researching the website. It is not based in Dublin, but in China. When I received the item, it was not at all how it was described on the website - “high quality denim”, instead it was a cheap synthetic material. (You would get better on SHEIN). When I emailed asking to return, the customer service was appalling. I wish I could add screenshots of the emails I have received to this review. Avoid at all costs.

I can't believe I didn't check trustpilot before I bought from these , like all the other reviews here I fell for the fake ones on their website. DO NOT BUY from these.
They are not based in Ireland but China , product quality is so bad , to return you have to pay and its to China

Presume the website /models are AI generated. Took 3 weeks for order to arrive from China .
Reason I (foolishly) purchased was it appeared to Irish website,however it is not so buyer beware.
Going to attempt to return the goods. I have attempted to contact customer services so will see if money will be refunded .

Luxara, Dublin. That's the worst purchase I ever made. Got the dress worth 45e, got a rubbish made from polyester and should be body cotton. Worth maybe 5e.Problem with sending back!!!!!!!!!! A lot of questions to get back adress. Not recommended a 1000000% this is the rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The product is not delivered form dublin but from Asia, the website lies. Low quality product and the sizing is inaccurate

this clothing company is not based in Ireland. Ordered a dress and when it finally arrived it came from Hong Kong and the quality was very poor. I contacted CS team to organise a return to be told I would have to ship it back to an address in China and I would have to pay the cost of that. The reviews are fake on their website as a review from someone in Dublin stated it was a smooth and hassle free return service !!! Do not buy anything from this site if you are based in Irealnd.

Recently ordered from this website thinking it was Irish. Shipment arrived almost a month later from Hong Kong

First time i have seen a size tag stitched on the outside of a garment for everyone to see.Was told this was done after customer feedback.Dont think so.Refund, only if item returned to main warehouse(not in Ireland)
