Shop erweckt den Eindruck etwas mit Frankreich zu tun zu haben. Das trifft nicht zu. Im Impressum steht etwas von californien oder canada, die Ware kommt aus China. Angegeben waren 3-5 Werktage Versand. Ich habe am 18.12. bestellt, die Ware wurde am 8.1. verschickt und kam am 27.1. an. Zahlung (Klarna) selbstverstÀndlich am 18.1. fÀllig. Ich musste 35⬠ZollgebÃŒhren bezahlen. Ich habe eine Lampe fÃŒr etwa 500⬠bestellt und bin enttÀuscht. Die QualitÀt ist nicht wie erwartet. Die Farben wirken auf den Bildern deutlich gedeckter, sind âin echtâ etwas schrill. Keine Ahnung, was ich jetzt damit mache. Rechne mir keine hohen Chancen auf einen Retour Prozess aus.

Auf Onlineshop nicht erkennbar, das es sich hier um aliexpress handelt. Shop sieht aus als ob man hochwertige Sachen kauft. Geliefert wurde mangelnde QualitÀt und es fehlten die wichtigsten Teile um es zu nutzen. Man kann nicht anrufen, man sieht auch keinen Absender. Schlechter geht es nicht. Nie wieder werde ich dort bestellen!!

20 Nov modtog kun en lampe , pakke nr 2 modtog jeg d.25 Nov og jeg betale told for . Og så da jeg åbnede pakken var lamperne i guld !
Jeg har flere gange skrevet til dem .
De har bedt mig om at dokumentere farver på lamper med foto. Hvilket jeg har gjort. De spurgte om jeg ville have byttet til dem til kobber - som jeg havde bestilt . Eller få pengene retur.
Og jeg skrev ja tak til at bytte. Til den rigtige farve.
Og de siger at de vil sende det med det samme. Jeg hÞrer ikke mere fra firmaet.

I ordered two copper lamps on November 4, 2025.
On November 20, I received only one lamp. Package no. 2 arrived on November 25, and I paid customs duties for it. When I opened the package, the lamps were gold, not copper!
I contacted the company several times.
They asked me to document the color of the lamps with photos, which I did. They then asked whether I wanted an exchange for the copper color I originally ordered or a refund. I replied that I wanted an exchange for the correct color.
They said they would send the replacements immediately. After that, I heard nothing from the company.
On December 4, 2025, I emailed again asking for the shipping status.
They replied that the packages would arrive on December 24, 2025.
I have received nothing and heard nothing since.
My emails are now being returned as ERROR messages!!
THE WORST SERVICE â and the lamps are made of plastic, with defects! They are not from the Netherlands /europe as advertised, but shipped from China.
Since I have heard nothing from the company since December 4, and my emails are only being returned as ERROR messages, I had no choice but to say NO THANK YOU!
I have lost ð¡ 6,000 DKK.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Fraude praktijken, luxarmonie luminair lampenfabriek.nl. ze zitten niet in Nederland. Opereren vanuit China. Levering van pakket wordt gefackt. Sturen je een mail met nep aflevering. Er is niets geleverd.. dan krijg je na bezwaar nep foto van lever aderes, Zo gezegd van koeriersdienst. Foto is zelfs van Athene ik woon in België. Na nog maals vele mails zeggen ze, we betalen u terug. Tot vandaag niets ontvangen, geen terugbetaling, geen lamp. Fraudeurs zijn het.
