This desk-lamp piece is doing something special on my patio

Had my eye on this desk with the built-in lamp for a while and finally pulled the trigger — genuinely glad I did. The material finish has this warm matte quality that doesn't wash out in direct afternoon sun, which honestly surprised me. A lot of outdoor pieces go flat or chalky in bright light but this one holds its depth.

The integrated lamp is what really gets me though. The way it diffuses in the evening creates this soft pooling effect rather than harsh downward light. Whoever designed the shade angle understood how light behaves on a surface.

Only hiccup was chasing down a tracking number — had to follow up once before getting it. Small thing but worth mentioning. Everything else? Exceptional.

I tried to purchase a few items and the 15 percent welcome discount screen kept blocking my view of items. I finally clicked on it to get my discount code and it didn’t work. It was hassle factor so I removed a couple of items and placed an order without the code. I also have not received updates on when my item will arrive

Missing Order and Unresponsive Customer Service

Ordered a light fixture three weeks ago. I got an email saying it would be delivered week of 4/6 though no tracking number provided. Still no sign of it as of today 4/14. Emailed customer service three days ago through website to enquire as to it's whereabouts. Crickets. Now I have to call and follow it up in time that I don't have. All such a headache and the reason why I usually stick to big box stores and online websites like Amazon that provide fast free shipping, reliable customer service and easy returns if need be. Never ordering from Luxe Decor again and neither should you.

I wanted to provide a quick update regarding your order placed on March 25, 2026, for the Canarm Meadow 3-Light Vanity Light in Matte Black with Natural Rattan Shades.
At the time of purchase, your order confirmation included an estimated shipping timeframe. As noted in our terms and conditions, these timelines are estimates and can occasionally change depending on the manufacturer’s availability. Shipping Policy | LuxeDecor
On March 26, once the manufacturer accepted your order, we shared an updated estimate of shipping during the week of April 6. In early April, we followed up again with the vendor for a status update. When you reached out to us on April 11, it was over the weekend while our office was closed, but we responded first thing Monday morning with the latest information we had received. At that time, the vendor let us know the item had become backordered, with a revised estimated availability of June 17.
I completely understand how disappointing that change in timing is. We received your cancellation request on April 14, and I’m happy to confirm that the vendor has approved it. Your order has been fully refunded, and a receipt was sent to your email this morning.

What a great company

What a great company! A product I ordered was erroneously listed as a set and the company stood behind their mistake to resolve the error. I so appreciate working with a company that is honest and does the right thing to support customer service!

Item I purchased was back ordered and…

Item I purchased was back ordered and your website did not indicate this before I placed the order. Upon calling to cancel order the person I spoke with could not issue me a credit. I find this misleading!

Website stated 6 in stock and ships in 1-7 days. Purchased the item then had to call them after 12 days to learn item was not in stock and on back order till mid to late June!
