I have tried many wigs website, and honestly, it's my favorite so far! So many choice of color and style, and they are comfortable, witch is important for me because i have alopecia. The wigcap fabric is soft and not itchy at all, and the hair quality was amazing! I was not disapointed!

I was very disappointed in the wig I purchased from luxhairshop. It was the wrong color, way too short and felt like plastic; I could’ve found the same wig on Amazon for a 1/10 of the price. I asked for a return and have gotten nowhere with the customer service. They have been rude, disrespectful and have disregarded any wish of a return. They also deleted my review on their website; they only keep 4 or more star reviews. This company is a scam!!

I have ordered five wigs from Lux Hair Shop and love their units. I usually cut and color them a bit more, but the fit and quality have been great, especially for the prices. I've given them four stars only as one unit I ordered has an excessively large cap and wasn't listed that way.

Also, keep in mind that the color pictured online may vary slightly. I've ordered three blonde units (two with black roots and one with brown). They were definitely brassy, but with a little purple toner, they're now gorgeous. I've also ordered the ombre brown and had to tone the copper out. however, I've ordered the pink and purple/pink ombre and they were both gorgeous, no color adjustment needed. Please do take note of the density when ordering.

I recently decided to try this shop and I'm in LOVE! I couldn't be happier with my wig! I have an autoimmune disorder that makes my hair fall out so its really important for me personally to get nice quality wigs that last, and the one i got is absolutely amazing!

I love the unit I purchased. It shipped pretty quick. The quality of the hair was amazing. The parting space was excellent. I recommend this company and will purchase again!!

WHATEVER YOU DO...DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I paid for a Peruvian Bob and I got a Bozo the Clown looking wig with hair that felt like the hair on a Halloween wig. When I demanded my money back, they were not willing to send me back a shipping label, nor would they commit to giving me back my full purchase price. I did not return the wig because I explained to them that I was on oxygen and because of COVID at it's height could not go out. Inasmuch, I requested a return label, they refused. The reviews that are on here saying how wonderful their wigs are...is a lot of "BULL". Don't order from these Chinese folks. They are ripping off us Americans and laughing all the way to the bank. SCAM ARTIST!!!!!

The wig was exactly like it was shown in the picture the hair had great texture I will definitely order again it’s one my favorite wigs

This is my first purchase of Lace front wig and I'm satisfied with the quality of the product and pleasant customer service. I wish I had ordered longer length. The actual product is more dark blue in person. Would order again.

Wigs are so comfortable and natural looking and it is affordable. Vast option of choices is really great. It gave me a new confidence.

the color was absolutely beautiful, it was very soft when it arrived, and it does not get tangled easily!i would DEFINITELY recommend this item.

What a complete disappointment... I ordered a curly hair wig which cost me $239 USD
I found the website very deceptive for me being a first time wig buyer. I bought the longest length in that wig where the picture displayed a very long hair wig.
I thought 18 inch would pass my shoulders but it barely reached them & the quality is so bad that the longest bit might be 16 inch & all the rest is shorter particularly the left side.
I tried to organize a return as I’m unable to wear this as it was for a specific use but they are so unhelpful & refused to accept my return.
Very unprofessional & dodgy scammers

The picture of the wigs are so deceiving with the lenght and quality. For somebody ordering for the first time, i ordered a long wig for my girl and got a short low quality wig for 239usd. Complained to them but they have refused to do anything about it. I even offered to pay more to have it exchanged for a longer and a better quality one but they refused.

I ordered my 26 inch Peruvian half blonde, half black wig August 17th and it arrived yesterday. The color was 100% NOT like the pictures at all. The black half was easy enough but what was suppose to be platinum blonde (as was advertised in the pictures) was actually more of a light reddish brown? It’s more orange than anything.. I’m highly disappointed and very angry. I spent $500+ on this wig and expected more than I received. Emailed customer service with pictures as soon as i received with no response yet.

this wig was everything I expected and more!!! Great fit. I would definately order again!!! In addition to a great wig the customer service was also great!!!!!!
