It was a great experience to rent the latest model of an electric Mercedes and make my trip safe and comfortable! Thank you to the team for the excellent service!

Honestly, I didn’t have big expectations at first since I hadn’t heard of LuxLane before, but I ended up being really impressed.

Booking took less than a minute and I received confirmation almost instantly. The car was a brand new Mercedes EQS, very comfortable, and there were nice little touches like complimentary water and chocolates.

The driver was extremely polite and took care of all the luggage. We were traveling with a child and there was a premium child seat prepared, plus wet wipes, which was a really thoughtful detail.

We were about 20 minutes late, but they didn’t charge us anything extra for waiting, which I really appreciated.

Everything was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use them again.
