I've bought ISP DE proxies to use them in htt protocol in minecraft, and experience is just bad, i experience insane lag spikes among with connectivity crashes each 3 hrs, ive asked for help in ticket and all i received is blame of my internet even tho ive mentioned that without their proxies i had 7d uptime using other provider, and whats crazy i overpaid for these ISP proxies to hear that this issue may not be on RESIDENTIAL OR MOBILE proxies so not only they refuse to help me but want more of my money bruh im sad to face such quality, and their "specialists" verified no issues

ask for partial refund they said no refund.
sadly i gonna give bad review here and on bhw unless partial refund is given.

ISP is not actually dedicated, and worse the isp shown as hosting provider. bad quality
