Sent me the wrong Basel. Description showed flat four didn’t get it. The email from them, but look into it that was two weeks ago no response from them

We contacted the customer and offered another bezel in addition to the one they have already received. We also offered full refund.

This order was flag as High Risk and we tried to collect information in order to reduce the risk. Customer refused to work with us. Customer has been fully refunded. Our merchant account does not allow us to ship High Risk orders without verification. Proof available for our customers.
I never received my order and cann9t reach the company, this is a total scam . I never received a refund. they did not try to contact me . They cover their tracks well . Do not purchase from the company.

What a great experience! I bought a beautiful woman’s 26 mm rolex watch. Alex is just a great guy and so helpful! I wanted a specific mop string diamond dial and he made it happen! I will definitely buy from them again.
Never got my order. Ordered January 7th 2025, then a few days ago luxtimeco said they will issue refund, but it will take 10 days to receive. I had to keep reaching out to them to find out where my order was.

We contacted the customer for refund and they never replied. We have proof in emails as well.
We sent numerous emails asking for info on how to send refund but never received a reply.
Be happy to share proof with our customers.
They are great company to deal with very responsive on calls and questions. Tje price was amazing could not of had a better experience . I would 100% use them again and plan on it. Quality of watch couldn't be better extremely happy

Alex was very responsive to my concerns. He was able to put my concern of being scammed online at rest. When dealing with a large transaction on opposite coast it is imperative to let the customer control the process. He was more than happy to meet my concerns and resolve them. Alex was available to answer all my calls whenever I had questions about the time piece. The ladies Rolex President was in exceptional working condition in addition to being polished. The bracelet is pretty tight for its age. Very fair price! First time buyer and future buyer!
