Product besteld en gekregen. Zouden ouderdomswratten verwijderen. Nou dit gebeurt echt niet. Ze beloven bij niet goed geld terug. Eerst een mailwisseling gehad waarin je eerst 30% kon terug ontvangen. Uiteindelijk is dit 50% geworden. Dus niet je geld terug!!! Vervolgens ellenlange mailwisseling gehad en je raad het al…. Nog steeds geen geld terug. Iedere x een andere smoes. Zeer slecht. Is al een paar maanden geleden, dus ze hadden tijd genoeg om het terug te storten. 😡😡😡

Oplichters! Je hoort nooit meer wat. Reageren niet op je mails en je ziet nooit je bestelling of je geld nog terug. Walgelijk!!

They are thieves, absolute nightmare to deal with. I sent the terrible quality clothes back to their China warehouse and they then said they cannot accept returns to the warehouse, after this their emails address from support stopped working.
Avoid if you value your money!

J'ai passé une grosse commande le 7 juillet (bien chère pour seulement 2 pulls et une veste). La commande a été confirmée, j'ai été débitée et elle est en cours de préparation depuis 3 semaines. Autant dire que je ne la recevrais jamais. Site à bannir

This company is so bad . I ordered a dress for a wedding four weeks ago and still no sign of it.
I have emailed so many times and have been absolutely so disappointed .

Also normalerweise, bin ich nicht der Typ dafür eine negative Bewertung bei einem Produkt zu hinterlassen und nimm es meistens so hin, aber diesmal bin ich sehr enttäuscht und sprachlos. Ich habe mir ein Kleid bestellt was vier Wochen gedauert hat. Das Kleid war für einen bestimmten Anlass und als ich merkte es wird wahrscheinlich nicht rechtzeitig ankommen, schrieb ich denen eine Mail das ich es stornieren möchte. Darauf bekam ich nie eine Antwort. Gestern kam das Paket dann mal an. Pure Enttäuschung. Das Kleid was ich bestellte war weiß, ich bekam ein gelbes total billig und nicht so wie auf dem Bild. Daraufhin kontaktiere ich Sie erneut und bislang bekam ich immer noch keine Antwort. Zurückschicken kann ich es auch nicht weil es ohne Absender versenden wurde. Lasst bitte die Finger von der Seite!!

Helaas ben ik ook hier ingetrapt. Bestel alsjeblieft niks via dit bedrijf. Had nog van tevoren gekeken waar het bedrijf is en hoe dat werkt met retour. Stond gewoon dat het in Nederland is en ik zelf retourkosten moet betalen. Prima, geen probleem.
Ze hebben het product erg laat gestuurd en het duurde ook nog langer tot dat het hier kwam. Tot mijn verbazing zag ik dat het uit China komt. Dan had ik net zo goed via Shein iets kunnen bestellen.
Mijn bestelling was binnengekomen, een mooi jurk, maar helaas mij te klein. Wil ik het terugsturen…gezeik. Twee dagen later krijg ik een mail in het Engels of ik 10% van mijn aankoop bedrag wil en het product wil houden. Weer aangegeven dat ik niks aan een kleine jurk heb, krijg ik weer hetzelfde. Als ik het wil retourneren, dan moet ik het naar China verzenden. Je schrikt je wel kapot van hoe duur dat is. Weggegooid geld! Hierdoor vertrouw ik online shoppen niet meer.

Scam. Ordered an item then changed my mind within 10 minutes of ordering so I emailed both of the emails on the website immediately. I received no confirmation of purchase, no confirmation of email received and then a day later they tell me that because I didn’t cancel within the cut-off point I wasn’t getting my money back. They have sent an order that I am currently still waiting for and by the looks of the other reviews, I am expecting it to not be anything like the picture that I ordered originally.

This store is SCAM. I did not receive my dress and customer experience didn’t answer anymore for the refund I have been asking.

They stole my money.
