Sham Scam basically as others, and no come back. They can get away with it!!!

What absolute rubbish! Absolutely nothing like the advertised garment and Customer service merely fob you off!

purchased a ladies jacket which arrived but was not suitable. trying to get refund address has been a nightmare, just keep getting offers and coupons and e vouchers for a refund!!

Wow, couldn’t have made a bigger mistake. Received an item that bore no resemblance to the item I’d ordered. My emails have been met with extremely unhelpful responses and I’m still in possession of the absolute rubbish they sent me as they’re now not replying to my plea for help in returning it! Disgusting!

I too made the mistake of not checking this company out before buying ! The sizing I can only describe as for children not adults the item looks nothing like what arrived and when you ask for a refund like it says on the site 30 day money back guarantee they say as per their refund policy and give you a store credit! Absolutely shocking site Do not buy and just keep your money ! It’s all a massive scam run out of China they just gave me the address to return Guangzhou, Guangdong.

This company is French they are discusting they ignore us please don't buy anything from this company and I suggest all of us hire out a few 100 jumbo planes and fly over and get our refunds or do as the French do to us rip them f..... G off not all French just mthis companys one but I can't see it being a French company literally because they do very good items in there supermarkets so I apologise to the French blooded people then again they mess us about with the imagrants and take zillions of us for absolutely nothing England needs a Churchill and Thatcher back they must be turning in there graves r, I, P where as our back bone gone R, I, P England, just found out this company hasn't got a return form so all they offer is 50% more of there shit please please do yourselfs a favour avoid this company no respect for anyone but themselves send out automatic message sigbed Emma

I made the very bad mistake of not checking this company out before I stupidly made a purchase. As mentioned by others, they don't deserve a single star, but unfortunately that's not an option here.

I bought what was described as a leather biker jacket and was assured by 'Emma' that it was made of real leather and that their sizing was appropriately accurate, also that returns were quick and simple to implement. Nothing could be further from the truth! The jacket turned out to be paper-thin, synthetic leather and was way smaller than the medium size I normally take. When I complained, 'Emma' argued that the material was genuine leather and basically implied I didn't know what I was talking about. This to-and-fro debate continued over three emails and now she's finally given up and disappeared, not even responding to me as to how I should return it. So, I'm stuck with an under-size, plastic piece of rubbish that has no purpose other than a bin liner. The crazy thing is they're still emailing me offering me discounted offers! As if!

So, I'm just one more sucker to have been scammed by this lot. Beware and avoid!

What you buy isn’t going on the image which is a world away from what you receive and you don’t get a refund. ‘Emma’ (as if that’s her name) is polite but useless.

Avoid this company absolutely terrible customer service and quality looks nothing like the pictures on there site. And they won’t even refund the money.

The most rubbish product I've ever purchased in my life! Ordered a jumper that arrived..the material was like a 1970s sofa cover!!! It was such poor quality I actually had to laugh.Please boycott this company...there's nothing luxury about this I can assure you!

This is a scam! Do not use this website. I suggest people contact their bank fraud department, as I have, to report. If you paid on a credit card they will refund your money and get it back from the scammers!

I thought I'd treat myself to a new leather handbag for my birthday. I spent days looking for the right one. When it eventually arrived it wasn't leather just cheap plastic. I asked for a refund and address to return it. After several days a email response stating I could have 30% off or £25 off next purchase. I replied that I wanted a real leather bag and did they sell them. 3 weeks later no response from 'Emma".

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing as I am now £40 pounds out of pocket and the plastic handbag is now in the bin.

Terrible service - I recently bought a - Britani™ - High Neck Knitted Sweater - that cost £44.99. On the website it looks chunky and in warm colours. When it arrived after several emails re delay it was nothing like the quality of the image on the website. It was in garish colours, cheap quality materials that has been machine stitched together with no label. I have just been listening to a programme on radio 4 which warns against this kind of scam.....pointless trying to reclaim a refund because of course it was made in China.

Appalling Service. I ordered a heated sweatshirt which took much longer to arrive than stated, missing the birthday for which it was a present. When it arrived it was not a true medium and came up much smaller. I wished to return it but despite saying there was a 7 day money back guarantee, because the item was discounted they refused to do so offering me 15%. The page I ordered from clearly said there was a money back guarantee, if there wasn't I would not have ordered. Do not order from this company.

Shocking quality, dreadful customer service. Eventually got a return address but the cost of postage was so high it was pointless. A total and utter con! DO NOT ORDER from this bunch on con artists.

I bought an asymmetric draped jumper for which they used pictures taken from another website (Jaki), but it was too late when I found out.

I have never seen such a poor item in my life. Material and cut are just a joke!

Microfiber cleaning cloths have better quality and you can actually use them!

It went straight to the bin. What a waste of time and money!

Worst product ever. Nothing like the picture. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

After waiting for my order for a longest time ever to arrive I was a bit confused when I received the parcel how very small it was yet i had ordered a long coat just imagine. When I opened it HONESTLY TO GOD I couldn’t believe my eyes. I can’t even explain anything it was just nothing close to the picture on their website, everything was just POOR without even a label on it. Honestly STOP stealing people’s money. Thats VERY VERY BAD!!!!

Really awful quality and completely inaccurate sizing and now can’t get refund as have to pay for return to China. What a scam.
