圓該䌁業による蚘述

Luxury Pearled Candle Co. is a UK-based unique candle brand created by two sisters in Manchester in early 2024. We’re lifelong candle lovers who wanted a cleaner, more flexible and more sustainable way to enjoy fragrance at home. Traditional candles often waste wax, tunnel badly and make it difficult to change scents, so we set out to create something better. Every order is handmade by us. We blend, fill, pack and dispatch everything from Manchester using UK-sourced materials and suppliers wherever possible. There is no dropshipping, no overseas fulfilment and no long waiting times. Just well-made products, shipped quickly by real people who genuinely care about the experience our customers have. Our Candle Pearls are designed to be personalised. Choose your size, your fragrance, your colour and your jar — or use one you already own. Reset, refresh and relight whenever you want a different mood or scent. It’s a simple, modern alternative to traditional candles and a more sustainable one too. We’re a small independent brand run with honesty, attention to detail and a commitment to doing things properly. If something isn’t right, we fix it straightaway — customer satisfaction means everything to us. Thank you for supporting a genuine UK candle business.

Ok, but not what I expected quality-wise

Arrived quickly (was a gift from my husband) and the scents were nice. But I found it burned a lot quicker than normal candles and even when I trimmed the wick it would give off a lot of smoke. The concrete jar soon became black on the inside and looked quite grubby.
When I removed the wick to change it, the pink paint on the inside base of the jar was peeling off.
Nice idea but think I'll stick to my usual brand, I feel the quality was lacking.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we really appreciate you sharing your experience.

We’re pleased to hear your order arrived quickly and that you enjoyed the fragrances, but we’re sorry to read that the burn performance didn’t meet expectations.

Candle Pearls burn differently to traditional solid candles, and if the wick is slightly too long or the burn time extends beyond 2–3 hours, it can lead to a deeper melt pool and increased smoke. Smoke and blackening inside a jar are typically caused by an oversized flame or carbon build-up on the wick, rather than the wax itself.

That said, the jar finish should not peel, and we take that seriously. We would very much like to see this and understand exactly what’s happened.

Please contact us directly at sales@luxurypearledcandles.co.uk with a photo and we will happily review this for you and put it right.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we always aim to resolve any concerns properly.

Great customer service

I cannot fault the team on their customer service when sorting the delivery of these items. I ordered a large number of candle sets as christmas presents and they kept me in the loop of all tracking and swiftly responding to any queries I had. I am looking forward to using the candles and would definitely buy from here again.

Awesome candle making.

Never coming across this way of making candles before I was astounded how easy the process was. Afterwards you just remove the wick, replace, and it carries on being a beautiful scented candle.
You can literally turn any flame proof jar or container into a candle with ease.

Simply beautiful

I received my candle this morning and the scent is gorgeous. I went for the Cotton Breeze fragrance, and it is so pretty, like the smell of fresh laundry, what's not to like? The website was so easy to use, and delivery was super quick; thank you so much, Luxury Pearled Candles; I doubt I will go back to the traditional candle any time soon.

Thank you for your review and suggestions which are appreciated. All instructions are on the website as we wanted to be true to our recycling, eco-friendly ethos and not send out separate printed ones. However, it would perhaps be a good idea to have a look at our confirmation emails and see if we can make it clearer where the instructions are located. You purchased the 750g bag of pearls so based on your suggestion, we can look at the feasibility of offering the wax pearls in larger quantities for the future. Luxury Pearled Candles xxx
