Hollie was brilliant when helping us choose and book our 2026 summer holiday to Italy. She was patient, listened to our requirements and sent over multiple options for us to choose from. Once we had picked our preferred location & hotel, again Hollie was on the phone not only to us but also directly to the hotel itself to make sure that our room choices, restaurant's, trips & private transfers were all confirmed and arranged for us. Would highly recommend and will be using Hollie again for our next holiday 👍🏻

Hollie helped me plan a surprise 40th birthday trip for my wife and was fantastic throughout. She found us an amazing hotel, lined up some great restaurants, and handled all the bookings seamlessly.

The little touches she added — like organising a birthday dessert and a room upgrade — really elevated the whole experience.

We booked quite late for the festive period but Hollie was really fast and provided some great quotes for what we wanted. Hollie was patient whilst we adjusted our requirements and provided additional quotes and advice to help us secure the best prices and the right holiday for us. We were quite a large group and all of our needs were met. We needed to contact Hollie during the holiday for some support and she was very accommodating and worked hard to communicate with the hotel on our behalf. Was so impressed with Hollie and Luxury Sassy Eacapes from the planning, to the little touches throughout the holiday and beyond. Luxury Sassy Escapes helped arrange everything from hotels, restaurants and experiences.
Our 3 hotels were all suited to us and what we needed. With the first being in the heart of Florence a delightful garden spa hotel, Hollie arranged the itinerary with 2 marvellous restaurants and a fabulous traditional Tuscan food and wine tour. Off to the next stop in a beautiful chateau in the middle of a Chianti vineyard with Hollie arranging a room upgrade to a suite with a bottle of wine chilled on arrival. The room was outstanding with a large free standing bath in the middle of the room, huge open bathroom with 2 showers and a beautiful 4 poster bed. Hollie arranged a cooking course and a tour in a castle vineyard with food and wine pairing, simply stunning. Our last stop was on the Tuscan coast in a 5* hotel with a 2 Michelin star restaurant, roof top infinity pool and fabulous spa. This was the icing on the cake overlooking the stunning never ending beaches from the most stunning hotel. Restaurant bookings and a trip to the Cinque Terra awaited us. With Hollie arranging yet another upgrade to a family suite. Having someone not only on hand during our trip but organising everything meant we could just sit back and enjoy. This was the most relaxing holiday thank you to Luxury Sassy Escapes for taking the worry, stressful planning and itinerary away from us so we could just sit back and enjoy every minute of this marvellous adventure.

Hollie was incredibly helpful sourcing and securing the best rates for hotels, experiences, travel options, restaurants and identifying locations to meet my long criteria wish list!
