I bought a second upholstered suitcase-storage divan bed and headboard after being impressed with my first order. I am able to store plastic boxes underneath the bed which are hidden away from view by the integrated valances.
Personally I find this style of bed gives me more storage space than a divan with drawers or ottoman style bed. Luxus Beds also has divan/ottoman beds on their website if that's your preference.
Excellent customer care from the swift postage of the fabric samples requested, to answering my queries , then placing the order, to delivery and assembly of the bed.

The process of ordering the bed and mattress was very simple, with great assistance. The delivery men were really useful and friendly, they took away my previous bed and set up my new bed. The process was with ease and no issues. The bed is extremely conformable and exactly what I imagined it to be upon order.

The Luxus team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They guided me through choosing the right bed and their assembly team did a fantastic job.
There was a great range of colours and high-quality fabrics to choose from as well.

We had a great experience buying our beds from Luxus. They were very responsive and accommodating to custom changes in the design. For one of the beds we ordered we requested a modification to the design and within two weeks we had the beds delivered and set up in our bedrooms looking beautiful.

They kept good communication throughout and were easily accessible for any questions. We are now looking to order more beds for the family with them.

The quality of my new mattress is amazing. For months I was struggling with back pain and getting a good nights sleep. Ever since I purchased the Regal 2000 Hybrid Mattress, I have the deepest sleep and it has helped with my back pain massively. The customer service I received was excellent as I wasn't sure what mattress to go for. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered the Cambridge Chesterfield Sleigh Bed (Plush velvet) in black, with the addition of the Ottoman double storage. Couldn't be happier with the fabric and sturdy frame.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. I’d been looking for a super-king size bed for our master bedroom for months, there are so many different companies offering beds and I really didn’t know who to go with.

I came across Luxus as my Father had used them previously and their customer service has been absolutely fantastic! They responded to my initial messages within minutes (where other companies had often taken at least 48 hours to respond). They answered all my queries and I really felt confident in their products and the service I would receive from them.

Within 2 weeks my bed was delivered, on the day of delivery I received a phone call explaining what time precisely my delivery was due and to ensure I was happy with this. They called back again 30 minutes before to ensure I was available. I was greeted by 2 friendly gentlemen who were extremely polite and proceeded to put the bed together, the finished product looked absolutely fantastic.

The bed itself is very comfortable and is of extremely good quality. I have friends that have recently purchased from elsewhere and I have really noticed a huge difference in the level of quality and craftsmanship between the beds.

This is the first Trust Pilot review I have ever left but I really feel very strongly about the incredible service I have received and wanted to give credit to this fantastic company.

Ordered the headboard as it was very reasonably priced, Arrived very quickly, really well packaged, Beautiful headboard really good quality, much better than photos on website, really pleased with it and would definitely buy another. Highly recommended.

I ordered a double Duke Chesterfield bed with ottoman storage in plush beige velvet. The bed is absolutely beautiful and the customer service throughout was excellent. It was very helpful to be able to order fabric swatches to make a decision on colour and type of fabric since there is such a wide choice. I'm very pleased with my new bed. Thank you Luxus Beds.

In the beginning, I was rather skeptical to peruse through the variety of beds and mattresses Luxus Beds has to offer, as a result of poor experiences in the past with other businesses.
I understand in light of the current situation its difficult to convince yourself to splurge but, I have to say I am in complete awe with the quality of the mattresses and I must say the seller has an aptitude in considering individual customer requirements with great importance. The services you provide are hassle free and the timing of delivery was prompt. I have already recommended Luxus Beds to family and freinds, and I most definitely will be making purchases at Luxus Beds in the future. I don't usually leave reviews but I am very impressed with the overall service I received.
It's very easy to order direct from their website, a great variety of beds, great price, good customer service response. However, the best bit and I can't stress this enough....the bed! It's perfect and so COMFORTABLE If you want quality service and a luxurious bed then I highly reccomend this company! Thank you to the gentlemen that helped me to decide on the perfect bed for me as well as the lovely delivery staff, excellent service😊
