Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and that the refund process took longer than expected. We did attempt to reach you by phone to clarify the situation directly, but unfortunately we were not able to connect.

Once returned items are collected, our logistics team must first check and document their condition before a refund can be finalised. This process has now been completed, and the refund has been processed. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few working days for the amount to appear in your account.

We would like to clarify that our return conditions, including the change‑of‑mind deduction, are outlined on our website and in our terms and conditions and were explained prior to arranging the return. As the chairs were unpacked and now unsaleable, the corresponding reduction was applied in line with these conditions.

While we regret that the particular style of chair you chose to go with your set did not suit your current needs, we do hope you are now enjoying the table and benches that you decided to keep. Should you wish to contact us again in the future, we would of course be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Please accept our apologies on behalf of the dispatch partner in question, this was a rare occurrence and they confirmed a mix up on their end with another order concerning the missing items. We did take steps with them to ensure this was rectified for you ASAP and your patience was greatly appreciated during this time.

We have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again, we now despatch all orders in Ireland from our new Dublin depot which is dedicated to all Irish orders and is now fully operational. We appreciate since raising the issue on the 15th March this was promptly resolved with delivery of your missing items within 5 days. We have taken steps to ensure your feedback is addressed internally regarding your experience and we thank you for your understanding.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for the longer-than-expected lead time on your order. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this experience must have been for you.

On this occasion, we were unfortunately let down by our logistics partner, which caused delays outside of our usual standards. We contacted our delivery partners on multiple occasions to escalate your order and ensure it was prioritised, and we shared all updates with you as promptly as they were provided to us. While we did our best to keep you informed throughout, we fully appreciate that this does not take away from the inconvenience caused.

We were, however, very relieved to hear that your order arrived in time for Easter as needed. That said, we recognise that the experience leading up to this fell short of expectations.

Please be assured that we have taken this matter seriously. We have made the decision to no longer work with the delivery partner in question to help ensure this does not happen again. At the time your order was placed, our Polish depot was not yet fully operational, which contributed to the delay. However, we’re pleased to confirm that this has now been resolved, and any future orders or replacements will be fulfilled from a local depot, allowing for a much more efficient and reliable service.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass der Versand reibungslos verlief und Sie mit unserer nachhaltigen Verpackung zufrieden waren.
Vielen Dank auch für Ihren Hinweis zum Fußbodenschutz. Unsere Stühle und Bänke sind mit Fußboden ausgestattet, da sie häufiger bewegt werden. Der Tisch ist deutlich schwerer und steht im Normalfall dauerhaft an derselben Stelle, weshalb er konstruktionsbedingt ohne Fußboden geliefert wird.
