Wow! Love the chain- absolutely highest quality! Even the mall details such as soldering the jump ring. I have had chains this size before and all they do is kink. Not this one! I have owned lots of chains and this is second to none! Also- the customer service is also outstanding. Package arrived in 3 days!

I ordered a bracelet from them last Christmas, I would say not even 9 months later the clasp opened up making it so the bracelet constantly falls off. They have a "lifetime" warranty that they do not abide by and actually informed me to fix this myself at home. Do not buy from them as they don't stick to their word, quality isn't great either the bracelet is all scratched.

Excellent quality in your product, very good presentation and delivery on time, the chain I bought is exactly as described on the site, I am going through the purchase, now with a bracelet. Highly recommended, 5.

I have made a lot of errors in my day but I truly misjudged this company.
I wrote a horrible review and I was wrong. Anyone who read it please disregard it
I thought I was being scammed but I wasn't. This is a legit company with wonderful customer service. I caused them a large headache for which I apologize for.
Their jewelry is amazing and if they accept my business I will buy from them again.
Again. I made a big error. But when you get older and you were already scammed a few times you panick and your judgement goes out the window.

Wanted to replace my chain I ordered for a longer one. Had incredible and fast customer service, I shipped it back, paid a small upcharge for the bigger size (obviously its jewelry) and they sent my new one. On top of the customer service, its also just an amazing chain hands down, beautiful Italian silver and I couldn't be happier.

performed a lot of research before choosing Luxe Jewelers, there are ton of online retailers to choose from, it becomes confusing, where do I spend my money? I purchased the 22 inch Rope Chain in 3mm and I couldn’t be more pleased. You’re getting genuine Italian .925 sterling silver with w/ rhodium finishing, and at a more than fair price. Amazing quality items

I just received my 5 mm cuban chain and I love it. It's not to big but it won't be missed when you walk in a room. It hangs right and doesn't bind up. The links are nice a tight just what I was looking for. It has a great shine and weight and you can see the quality of the Italian made chain. Perfect starter chain.

Held onto money for five days before they allegedly shipped the item. Item hasn’t moved in 8 days from label print. Was supposed to be here in 3. It is now almost two weeks.

The chain was supposed to be a birthday gift but I guess the gift was for Luxx as I feel completely screwed in every way. Just go into a local jewelry shop where the silver isn’t marked up 10-20x spot price. It’s what I should have done but I was low on time and decided to risk it seeing a few positive reviews.

Update: They replied and told me I can get my money back from USPS if it doesn’t arrive which is a complete lie. They also lied to me about days in transit. Either the staff are completely incompetent or intentionally malicious.

I LOVE Luxx jewelers. I bought a mens bracelet. It was a diamond cuban bracelet. Workmanship excellent! The service is over the moon! When I received my jewelry, I found I had lost weight. So needless to say it was a bit big. Even though it was my fault, I emailed them, they responded in less than 24 hours. Not only will they exchange it, but they paid the shipping! I Love you Luxx Jewelers!!!

I ordered the wrong length for the miami curb chain i bought and customer service excelled at exchanging it for me in a timely manner. the chain is beautiful and the packaging is very luxurious.

i’m not sure if they reapplied my 15% discount when sending me the new invoice with the new price (i exchanged for a more expensive chain) but it’s not such a big deal to me.

Customer care was so helpful! Leah did the best she can to help me with an exchange and getting a new chain which was too small. The rope chain I received is amazing and came so quickly! Definitely recommend ordering from here!

I bought the eternity ring and I couldn't be happier with it! It truly reflects white light like a real diamond and not rainbow such as moissanite or CZ. I will be buying the bracelet and necklace to match when they are back in stock. Great customer care as well!

Perfect customer service. I’ve bought a necklace and a bracelet from them. Both experiences were good. Paid extra money for fast shipping. USPS was delayed, LUXX gave me extra money back. Need a different size after purchase, LUXX changed it out for me in time. Highly recommend for great products and great customer service. 5 stars has to be earned, LUXX has earned it.

Recieved the 7mm Cuban link chain and it was gorgeous! Decided maybe it was to thick for me though and emailed customer care to exchange it. The customer care rep Leah was super helpful and pointed out that even though it had been final sale they were willing to work with me for the exchange. Well I decided over the weekend I'd wear it out and had some great compliments so needless to say I decided to keep it as it's grown on me! Beautiful product and great company and service!
