Fantastic support

Always on the phone for help and advice. Thanks to them I am not afraid to receive my electricity bill. They always advise me when to change and which supplier for the best tariff.

I have been with Mark at Luz for about 5 years now. He sorts out my internet, phones and electricity supplier. Nothing is too much for him and in fact the whole team are great. Emails or messages are answered straight away and any problems are solved. There is also a lot of knowledge between them all. 100% happy with all the services provided. It has made our transition in Spain so much easier. Thank you

I didn't have to do anything

I didn't have to do anything, all the work was done for me, I get the benefit of cheaper electricity and the knowledge that luz123 are looking after me.
