I had previously been bitten by really overpriced work from one of the big London call-out firms, so I was looking for a local expert that I could trust to do a good job at a fair price. Luke came recommended to us by a neighbor and did exactly what we needed. He was incredibly thorough in finding the root cause of our electrical issue and communicated really well throughout. Lukes's quote came in less than the other quotes that I received. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. He is totally professional, knowledgeable, efficient and really courteous.
He turned up on time and completed the works within a day with no fuss.
Finding tradesmen that you can trust and rely on without feeling that you have been ripped off a real relief.
I now feel that all of the electrics in the house are safe. They meet all of the building regulations; it is certificated and I have my EICR report.
I now have peace of mind and have found somebody that I can rely on. I will certainly be using Luke in the future.

Luke did a great job for us. He installed 3 new light fittings and sorted out some faulty external lighting. He was very friendly, professional and reasonable on fees. I have already recommended him to a friend!

I would highly recommend Luke. He was knowledgable and gave me advice that I trusted. He was reliable, tidy and accommodating. Luke is nice to have around and I am pleased to be having him back. I have confidence in him and was really happy with his work.

Luke replaced a consumer unit board and was very clean and tidy. He has also helped out with advice to resolve a lighting issue and came to advise when I needed more assistance. Very helpful and polite.

I am afraid can give no more than 3stars. On the up side he is a friendly guy and the work he carried out was fine as far as it went. On the down side he changed his visiting time 2 times from Thursday to Friday and then back to Thursday again. Fortunately I was able to accommodate this at some inconvenience. When he arrived he seemed to have forgotten the details of what I had asked him to do being surprised that a plug didn't work although I had told him that was the main reason for my calling him out. He also changed a light fitting but didn't get it to work as there was some problem with the wiring and apparently hadn't included this in the quote although again i had told him it didn't work. He has now quoted me extra to finish this.

We are very satisfied with Luke’s services! He came over to reconnect a plug under the floor (the previous house owner had the wire passing above the floorboards) and remove a bunch of old and broken doorbell parafernalia by our front door. He is such a nice friendly guy, and was very patient with me asking him loads of questions on our house’s electricity. He also gave us lots of tips on the house - as in which lights were better to use in the kitchen/ bathroom, what were the different connections in our fuse box etc. We would definetly use his services again.

Rang Like the night before and came within 24hrs. Fitted two light fittings quickly. Cannot recommend him enough. Will definitely use again! 5 stars

Luke fitted 2 large chandeliers for us, changed a number of pendant fittings and added a new outside light. He also fitted new extractor fans and a smoke alarm as well as diagnosing the problem with our garden lights. He was punctual, hard working and tidy. The work has carried out to a high standard. We will definitely use Luke again and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Luke first helped us with an EICR report when we were buying a property. He was professional, helpful and fast with communication. Since then he has helped with wiring a new security doorbell, changing a light feature, fixing our oven firing and fitting dimmer switches throughout the house. All work has been carried out to a high standard, we will definitely use him in the future and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough

Monday morning. Christmas week…
Didn’t expect a response for at least a week but sure enough, by mid morning, Luke had made contact.
By 2.30pm he had established the problems with my smoke alarms and a very decrepit extractor fan in my bathroom and fixed them both.
What a guy!

Luke undertook a series of complex electrical tasks with great success. He also wired in a Range cooker and updated the fuse board. He is a thoroughly likeable person,careful,considerate,punctual and trustworthy. He did an excellent job and nothing is too much trouble for him. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luke...... a five star performance.
