Absolutely misleading and unacceptable


Absolutely misleading and unacceptable business practices.

The seller completely failed to disclose the massive booking restrictions before taking payment. Only after purchasing do customers discover that bookings are heavily restricted to limited morning hours before 12 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays, making the service practically unusable for most people.

Had these conditions been transparently stated beforehand, I would never have purchased this package. Collecting payment first and only afterward revealing excessive hidden limitations is deceptive and highly unprofessional.

Businesses have a legal and ethical obligation to clearly disclose all material restrictions before selling a service. You cannot advertise an attractive offer and then impose countless undisclosed conditions once the customer has already paid.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, misleading, and a complete waste of time. I strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing anything from this seller.

Formal complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities in Dubai will follow if this matter is not resolved properly.
