The auto renewal of plans is defaulted on, without authorisation It is not possible to cancel it online (app, or Web or virtual assistant) it says Pending but never takes affect. Feels very much like a scam.
I had to call. Spoke to Amanda who did it for me. She didnt listen enough, so it was a little too much effort, but I got mine cancelled.

I will never use this company again. We bought a Lyca SIM card in Portugal from a registered provider. We asked all the questions eg can we top up when in Spain and France? Yes was the answer. I topped up online with the Portuguese number and my money was taken. I then was messaged to say my card runs out today. I chatted on line with Lyca to be told that I could only top up with a zuK number and yet they took my money without any warnings.

Lycamobile has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t respond to emails, and when you call them, you don’t get any real help. They just keep making empty promises that the issue will be fixed within 24 hours, then 48 hours, then nothing happens. Many times, the customer service agents don’t even speak Norwegian, even though Lycamobile claims to offer Norwegian support.
I live in Norway but was given a UK IP address (London), meaning I can’t use Norwegian services like BankID or streaming. I have called and emailed them multiple times, but they refuse to fix the issue.
I am paying for a service that does not work, and Lycamobile won’t refund my money. They completely ignore emails.
Avoid Lycamobile Norway at all costs! They take your money but don’t deliver a working service. Absolutely disgraceful company.
Edmond is a really nice guy and kind to me. He took note of my complaints and helped me to continue the follow-up of the cases.
