They sent me spam, and then tried to pretend it wasn't spam

They sent me spam, via a website.

Edit: their reply makes no sense; what could have made them think I needed "help" with "my sleeves"? I don't buy them, and I'm not looking to buy them. They are being a bit sneaky here, by trying to pretend they were looking to do me a favour, which is totally false. Their PM was unsolicited advertising, plain and simple.

BTW, they didn't 'offend' me. I just don't like spam or spammers.

Haven't received the goods ordered

Haven't received the goods ordered. Keep asking for information re a delivery date and so far nothing.
Maybe they are not a real company - who knows?
