A pleasure to follow Patrice's lead
I really loved the training and the way Patrice leads it! Even through screens, it was intensive and I felt well supported and corrected... from my living room!
Patrice really is full of positive energy, precise in his teaching and a warm person. It's a pleasure to follow his dance!

Patrice is very caring with each studiant, giving individual corrections for each exercice, always smiling and sending us good vibes and energie even threw a screen !

Makes you dance and work your body
The training is well explained and easy-to-follow. It's suitable for the space you have at home and still manages to make you feel like you're dancing properly and really working your body, which is wonderful. Thank you for making it accessible to us in this difficult time.

So, happy I purchased M Intensive ODT
I purchased M Intensive ODT, Patrice Moniz, as soon as it was launched. This is more than just a buy to me. The Horton Technique taught by Patrice has been paramount in helping me to strengthen my mind, my body and my spiritual growth. My fitness regime consisted of 5 days per week in the gym, with a combination of free weights, circuit training and cardio vascular work. This can be hard on the body, even though you know your technique well. I tried Patrice’s class once and I was completely hooked. By continuing with his classes I have become more discipline in my own craft as a singer, physically stronger and mentally stronger as well. The art of dance is completely new to me and it is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. With this video I will reach my goals and be able to maintain an incredible level of fitness I have not had before; without the wear and tear on my body. I am so grateful to Patrice for putting together this amazing project. I am a non professional dancer, but an extremely thankful student. Thank you so much, Mr Moniz! 🙏🏽❤️🤗
