The most insecure and buggy email provider I have ever used. Go away, you far, far away from this thing. The service is terrible, of very poor quality, and inadequate support. I am not kidding. Stay away

Никой да не прави емайл при тези измамници. Защитата им е никаква. Днес платих за да ми възстановят един акаунт който използвах поща от Abv.bg . Човека който свърши работата препоръча никога да не изпозлвам този емайл доставчик защото и 2 годишно дете с малко умения би хакнало емайла ?

Вече седмица пращам имейли да ми възстановят паролата,искаха лични дани,пратих им пак не я нулират и не ми пращат времена парола.Сякаш някой им плаща да не вършат работата си.И незнайно как за въстановяване на парола не пращат СМС с код , ами искат попълване на формуляри

I have spent few months of trying to login to my account.

There is no back up system and no information of how to recover a forgotten password on account which has not been added with recovery additional email.

Months and months of trying to login, send an e-declaration with personal details but all of this was useless as I still do not have access to the abv.bg email I used to own. I said 'used to' as I have feelings the email inbox is not active anymore and that is the reason their technical team keep quiet.

Totally useless, e-system rolling in a circle and the phone lines are 'always busy, call again'. I am confident the phone line is not monitored.

At the moment there is a commercial ongoing how strong and secure their defense is. Is that to the paid version (if there is such) because in this exact moment my inbox is full of spam, NOT in the spam inbox or not stopped at all. You advertise nonexistent security or...?

Doesn't work about 30% of the time. Support and feedback box included. A bit of a gamble if you need access to bookings, attachments, access to urgent correspondence etc. Taking the p*ss...

Email address got hacked (potential breach in their system). After hours of back and forth I managed to reclaim my email with minimal damage (financial accounts where lock under 2factor authentication). Customer support were less than useless after being informed of the issue. My email was then deleted after 3 months of inactivity with no warning or notification meaning years of payslips, checks and bills were gone in an instant. Avoid at all costs, very little support with very little features for something (email address) that in the modern world can be as essential as birth certificate.
