This company is a total scam please do not order anything from this company it’s a scam I order and never received anything and they are not responding to my emails

I ordered a copper bracelet worst looking crap i have ever seen. It was supposed to come with a tool to make it smaller. Probably worth about $5 if that. It took over a month to receive it kept emailing with no response.

They are scammers, if you seeing thus company advertisement on Facebook or anywhere else, be mindful to process your order.
I am trying to connect with them with no success. Had to reach out to my bank and cancel my credit card.

Very bad. Ordered a game for my grandson. Never received it. They took the money straight away before even asked for my address.
They are not a swearing any of my messaged. Very disappointing.
How to get my money back?

I ordered and paid for an item costing me over NZ$70. No tracking number supplied and on contact with customer service am still awaiting a reply. This is a total rip off company and I advise everyone to not deal with them.
I am in the throws of reporting then to all appropriate consumer agencies.

I ordered 2 items for a total of $37 paid $6.99 shipping plus $1 shipping. Acssart supplied very sketchy tracking information and slow shipping. Upon arrival there was an insufficient postage charge to be paid before delivery could be completed. It is nearly impossible to contact this supplier and I am forced to demand a full refund through PayPal.

Non responsive company. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. You won't get your item and no one responds to their excellent customer service that they claim. No contact number. This is a CCP Chinese company and a rip off.

I have sent 3messages asking where my order is and also put my order into tracking but no reply is this a genuine company Mrs M Meats

I ordered the mini karoke, which does not work, also doesn't not light up. Nor charge. Plus they want you to charge each microphone and crappy plastic box one at a time. It was cute gift for the kids and it's garabage.
Now they re telling me i am responsible to ship back their crap product and will offer me half, such bullshit.

They were quick to collect the money but never shipped the product or responded to the calls

Do NOT order from this company! I paid for item I ordered and Ofcourse NO response other than I didn’t pay for the item…..WELL…..it was certainly charged to my credit card……Acssart will NOT respond!

The ingredients in toothpaste can be toxic. Please look at the ingredients. This is why CS won't answer; they know it's some bullshit. Please discontinue use.

I ordered some toothpaste from the Acssart site and nothing has turned up, it’s now been over a month with multiple emails and still no response from customer support. They probably couldn’t spell support let alone give support.
My advice to anybody thinking of buying from this site or company is DONT…..it’s a scam and you won’t get your money back.

They took my money and I got nothing I have proof I never got my stuff and I sent the proof to them they never responded pretty much took $62 from me I will never use them again or refer anybody to use them. They’re crooks. 6/9 25 I ordered it and it never came the day I sent them a email witch was multiple emails through the month but the day they say that I got it changed there status saying I got it when I never got it but I took screenshots of the same day. They said they got it under 23rd of last month, but I never got it. I took screenshot on the 29th and showed that to them with the times stamped and they still did nothing for me

I never received the items I purchased. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support for a week and they haven’t responded at all. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again and I suggest you don’t either. They are scammers
