This site is either a scam or smth, cuz i bought a keyboard for 80eur and i got the keyboard but after 10 minutes it stopped working, i contacted baggood after instantly, and now it has been a month and i got no reply, no nothing, they only said that they need more time by an automated msg, ive contacted them multiple times, they just took my money and i got nothing for it, great.

adverts are fraudulent advertise one price but try to buy it its £70 more steer clear of these sharks

Trying to buy a Diesel water heater from thir site is an absolute Joke. the so called "Login" page is just not working you either get a " email already taken message or the change password simply does not work. wasted 2 hour's trying to get it to work what a joke. how they are still in business i do not know. Glad I read trust pilot to see the 2 star overall reviews scores save me buying Junk by the look of it thankyou again trust pilot

Be VERY carefully leaving you money in their wallet for long, they just dissapear. I lost 140 USD this way. Nothing to do about it - they just delete all history over a year.

I have excellent experience with Banggood. I ordered Jimmy vacuum cleaner and shipping was fast. The product is excellent and I believe that Banggood is best store to buy it. The best thing is that they have EU warehouses and you don't have to be worried about EU taxes and duties.

Customer service is a complete joke. They just give you the runaround asking for more and more "proof"... images, videos, upc codes from packing that is typically thrown out immediately after opening etc. etc.

Buyers beware. Banggood's "support" is purely for show and they do not actually offer support for products they sell. If you receive anything broken or defective don't expect an exchange or refund because they have no intention of providing either. They will however keep engaging with you because as long as they keep you waiting on replies then can run the clock until it's just too late and your credit card company will be unlikely to issue a chargeback.

Luckily my defective purchase was just a $35 multimeter.

Awful. Bought a smart watch for my kid and it stopped charging after two months.
Payed for priority delivery but needed to intervene to get it in one month.
Stay away, save your money.

I need to refund something, and they want me to ship it to China from Europe. That cost's 50€! And i need to fill one thousand Zoll informations...

Amy, for Order NO: 102691916 which i paid EXPRESS shipping fee US$22.46 and banggood sent STANDARD US$2.99 I would like the difference in cost refunded to the credit card i used. 22.46-2.99=19.47$ back to credit card. I DON'T WANT POINTS. Attached is proof i paid express. attached is proof of standard shipping. on the shipping tag you will notice a box on the right side with the letter G which stands for standard Ground shipping rate within the USA. had it been sent Express the tag would have a box with the letter E in it which means Express shipping rate within the USA. Which is all the first person SALLY I tried communicating with for 10 emails, and a lot of time and work all of this fiasco has taken, had to do,,,, the proper thing the 1st time.

Ordered a robot cleaner, they wrong the delivery that gone back at half way, they sent to other people my payed device and after they make me wait the new stock. Not exist customer care in this company, no selling conditions and transparence, they not answer if you make a claim, they not have a procedure to make a claim. I not think you lost money with them, but if you have a issue not wait any respect and customer care from them! not professional at all!!!

I had no issues, Long shipping time with Ocean shipping. Fed X takes over once it hits the USA shores.
Tracking numbers provided Everything worked out great. Positive Experience all the way around.
and I spent 1300.00 plus ++ worked out great for me.

a couple of deliveries were uncomplete or not functioning (to be precise: 4 out of 25 articles. The problems could finally be resolved amicably - but it took 3 months and a lot of work to achieve that. Granted : it is a tricky business for Banggood but there seems to be room for improvement how to identify and handle shortcomings.

They send the wrong product they have not taken the product back are refunded the money. And their customer service is terrible. And it took the product more than 2 months to get here..

This is a company with many problems. They can say for a product "ships in 24 hours" when it is out of stock and may ship in 20 days! meanwhile if you place the order based on the 24 hour shipping they give you no option to cancel. Today I received one such order after long wait and found out that the commercial invoice included with the package had a triple value than they actual amount paid. So i had to pay a customs clearing fee and taxes more than the actual purchase. They cannot even spell thank you. After writing a review they say "Think you". They don't even care to check their spelling for such an important message! Don't buy from them. It is a real gamble.

FRAUD. They took my money and then stopped replying to my emails. They will not send my goods that they have in stock and refuse to say why other than one email that they actually sent that they said they would look into it. Serious fraud office needs to investigate this company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Initially i had some problems with my order, but customer service helped me to resolve it within less than a week. A to be honest it went better than at many local shops.
