Incredible product and incredible customer service.

Product arrived very quickly after ordering. I had some questions about usage and support was quick to respond via email. A++

My order was shown as delivered but I never received it. With no questions asked Mode shipped out another order. AMAZING customer service. I will never shop anywhere else for toothbrushes.

I went with this toothbrush because of how amazing it looks and charges, as well as the lifetime warranty. Support is vey responsive, I was highly impressed as most companies don’t even bother to answer anymore!

I had a few questions about the mode toothbrush before ordering. Customer service answered me in less than an hour (and I still have yet to hear from some competing brands). The product is exceptionally well made and works very well to keep my teeth clean.

I’ve been a mood customer for about 6 weeks now and absolutely cannot live without this toothbrush. I compared several companies before purchasing and Mode was definitely more expensive, but was the only one I could find with such a unique charger and nightlight built in. For the price you do also get a lifetime warranty (and I confirmed with the customer service before ordering). So far the brush has worked well, is very sleek and makes my teeth feel a lot cleaner than manual brushing.
