What a huge disappointment. I looked for a family owned, small boutique jeweler and found them. I did my research to make sure their business values were within mine. No where on their site does it show MADE IN CHINA! That's the reason shipping takes 2-4 weeks, not because they hands crest the pieces as implied. I doubt these are real sisters, real people, or a real company in the US. The jewlery is just fine. I bought 2 rings, a necklace and bracelets. The bracelets all show the welded seam and poorly done. The rings were the wrong sizes, and did not look like the photos. If I wanted to order garbage from a Chinese company, I would have. I contacted the FTC since their website is full of fraud.

They're SCAMMERS, only received one of two rings I ordered and it turned black, customer service is non-existent

This business is not located in the US. (2) It is not run by three sisters. (3) You do not receive hand-crafted jewelry. (4) Items are chromium costume jewelry, not made of silver or gold. (5) When you contact them for a return and refund - which they supposedly offer within 30 days - you then begin a bargaining war: They offer you 50% store credit, even 100% store credit, but not a full refund. I managed to bargain them down to a 50% refund, but that took a couple of weeks. Communication was, at least, polite.

Pictures are ai generated. Says they are 3 women making handcrafted danish design jewelry but in reality they are doing dropshipping. Google lens the pictures and you find 2 other businesses. One called Mila Biżuteria, which means Milas Jewelry and Alma smykker, which means Almas Jewelry. Exact same website, one in polish, other name and saying they do handcrafted jewelry in Poland and another in danish saying they do handcrafted jewelry in Denmark

They do DROPSHIPPING from China without a doubt. Googlelens their products and you find exact same match on Temu and Shein.
