Dopo un altro aumento il costo del caffÚ a Euro 1,20 senza nessun miglioramento dì servizio,siamo arrivati al costo servizio -4 mentre in centro pago lò stesso caffÚ EUR 1,30 servizio a tavolino con scelta di acqua naturale o frizzante il tutto servito
Questa mattina mi sono recato,presso la stazione ferroviaria di porta nuova , Torino e volevo prendere un caffÚ , al Macdonald,presente nella stazione. Strano ma vero, a differenza di tutti gli altri Mac, non sono dotati di macchina per il caffÚ, anche se sui pannelli elettronici Ú pubblicizzato . Non Ú per caso che così, come ho dovuto fare, si obbliga la gente ad andare negli altri bar della stazione, dove il caffÚ costa 1,60 centesimi di euro? Complimenti !!!
Jâai commandé et jâai jamais reçu ma commande. Impossible de comprendre le livreur et en retard !!! Jâai tenté de les joindre à 3 reprises et le macdo nâa jamais répondu ! TrÚs déçu de leurs part et jâai perdu du temps à attendre pour rien ! Câest complÚtement non professionnel
Il y a de plus en plus d'erreur dans les commandes surtout quand on passe au drive... aprÚs pas possible d'avoir son bon sandwich !! je suis trÚs déçue !
I would.so much as give them a 0 . The maccas at whitford.city in perth . Are. Now only putting a 1/4 slice of cheese.in their burgers . Burgers are microwaved not cooked fresh, the staff are arrogent , dont speak much english not to mention extremely rude , condisending and patronising.
The serve.cold.food that has been peeled.off the floor then when returned.to replace they replace it with the shit they gave.u to.start with after.throwing some.more sauce.in it and maybe another pickle. Then expect.us to just.accept.the bullshit. Then bluntly refuse.to give a refund. Once i was i was told.i coildnt get a refund thst the slop in my hand was fresh lt made like hell.it was . WARNING IF U WANT TO BE INTIMIDATED FEEL THREATENED AND LOSE YOUR MONEY BY ALL MEANS GO GRAB A BITE TO EAT THERR. PERSONALLY ID RATHER GO ON A DATE WITH CHARLIE MANSON

Visit to the Mac Donald on Holden hill in Devon near the racecourse. No receipts given at self service till . Took for ever to come out. Lady called the number . No one answered. I said what is it as not giving out the receipt. She acted like she did not care . No apologies for the wait . Coffee cold as been stood so long . This is not the Frist time I had a bad experience at this dac Donalds. I don't think they understand the meaning of fast food . They are more concerned about chatting and joking with each other in the back than serving. Everyone was waiting ages for stuff to come out .if honest of I do try and avoid this one as never great. Went thought the driver though the day before and only had half a cup of coffee when I drove off .
I visited MacDonalds Bass Hill a few weeks ago to grab dinner on my way home. I ordered a Big Mac Meal ($13.60). When I got home I settled in to have dinner and found an empty Big Mac...... yes empty. All it had was 1 meat patty (see below pictures). I rang the store to and asked to speak with the manager, the young lady that answered said that she was the manager, when I explained my issue she said that she would put me onto the manager....... again I explained my issue and he said that he would have to make a phone call to the manager......... seriously how many managers are there. Anyway their only solution was for me to drive back and get another meal (14km round trip). I asked for a Macdelivery to deliver another meal, they said no that was impossible. All they could do was put my name in a book and next time I came I could get a free Big Mac........
I rang Macdonalds Head Office and was told that as my order was not done via the app (as I went through the drive thru), they couldn't refund me and I was best to go back to the store.
I may have become a little upset at this point and told them that they needed to fix it. The young lady asked for proof of purchase and she would arrange for a voucher to be sent to me. I sent her the information she requested immediately. 4 days later I received another email (still on the same email thread complete with the proof of purchase that I had sent 4 days earlier) asking me for proof of purchase. I pointed out that it was attached from the last email and was still included in this thread. Another 5 days pass and I receive a voucher for $10. Again I replied to the original email thread telling MacDonalds that I was not only disgusted with their store and Head Office service, but was also insulted at the $10 voucher which did not even cover the cost of the meal. About 20 mins later I received another email from MacDonalds telling me that additional vouchers had been put in the mail to me today. Seriously this is Head Office and I fear that they wouldn't know if their butts were on fire.
To little to late MacDonalds. I gave the voucher to an older man at the train station who was in need of a meal and am now getting my $13.60 worth in advertising for MacDonalds. Keeps your eyes peels on all the product review sights, I'm dropping this in now.
FYI, the burgers are really better at Hungry Jacks.
Jeg havde en uheldig oplevelse inde i Silkeborg her i weekenden, da de var ved at renover. Men efter jeg kontaktet personalet, har de simpelthen ikke kunne have behandlet mig bedre. De gjorde virkelig op for en teknisk fejl de havde, og har haft kontaktet mig personligt. Kan ikke anbefalede dem nok :)
I went to MacDonald Virginia and ordered a McRib meal. I had a dry piece of meat with few bits of onions, the fries were dry and cold. I complained and send a photo of what I got and havenât heard back.
