Great coffee subscription, I get sent different coffee beans every month for a good price for th quality. The team are always accommodating if I need to change something up, really good customer service.

Pre-ordered a profitec coffee machine on the 22nd of January with the knowledge of that this was a pre-order and would be delivered middle of February. Sadly Machina coffee are incapable of keeping anybody up to date with the situation and so far it is now the 8th of March and I'm still without a £2400 coffee machine. The only time I ever got an update is by ringing up myself and when I did speak with a human they're attitude was less than helpful. Overall avoid and spend your money elsewhere

Mistakes will always happen. How mistakes are dealt with is what separates a great company from the others. When there was a problem with my order Machina fixed it immediately and without any fuss at all. Proper quick and friendly customer service.

The coffee is also fantastic, as you'd expect. The Columbian Volcano is pretty special.

Just a really great experience with Machina and looking forward to being a customer for a long time.

Great site. Great choice. Great customer service with excellent communication. My order was delivered to the wrong address (it was a mistake by the courier) and the team at Machina jumped into action to help me. Very happy with my grinder and espresso machine combo.
